Ramp made my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that my physical card can accommodate all my virtual cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can I create a virtual card and connect it to my private bank account?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to create a virtual card facilitates certain payments
Effortless experience, easy to use and understand.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is that I can easily submit the tickets along with pictures so I can get my reimbursement, it is simply great how many bank accounts you can add form around the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything I don't like about this very helpful tool, my experience has been great since day one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get my money or reimbursement from another country like US with no problem. It's clear with the information and I benefit from this tool like no other because I always get my money back on time and with no problems. Also it is very secure to use so I don't worry that my personal information is at risk.
The Best Expense System
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of attaching receipts, the reminder text to users, the sync to our accounting software. This software has cut the manual hours required with Concur by a full 8 hour day.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the text messages don't come through to remind the user to attach receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has cut back on the manual labor required to input and pull data from other expense systems we used in the past, less missing receipts.
Great finance tool for employees
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect our finance department to make reimbursements for employees easy and organized
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about. It can be lengthy to set up but works great otherwise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management for employees across the company organization
Switched from Expensify and Ramp offers significantly higher quality of life
What do you like best about the product?
We switched to Ramp from Expensify and it's saving me a lot of time and headache as an end user and expense reviewer / approver. The AI that prefills expense details based on your image upload is much more accurate, the expense review and approval workflow is streamlined, and you don't get annoying unsolicited personal/political emails from the CEO.
What do you dislike about the product?
The approve / deny through Slack is a cool tool, but would be more useful if you could also see the attached receipt in Slack so you don't have to click through to the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining expense review and approval.
A truly horrible system - would use literally anything else
What do you like best about the product?
Does all the basic things fine...barely.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Want to bulk update "Locations" for transactions? Good luck...not possible. You have to update each transaction one by one in Ramp.
- Do you have monthly recurring transactions for the SAME amount from the SAME vendor EVERY month? Think Ramp would use a touch of AI to automatically set the location after you set it to the same value EVERY month for the last 100 months? Nope...keep setting it manually.
- Did Ramp lock your card because it thought the transaction was suspicious? That's ok, you can respond to the text it sent you to have it unlock the card. Oh wait, just kidding, you have to log into Ramp, see no notification your card is still locked, and find the completely tiny icon to manually unlock it. Every time.
- Doesn't connect with Google Workspace accounts that have multiple domains (wild) to automatically pull receipts from email, we have to forward every single one.

Issuing cards to team members and tracking spend.
Ramp has made my day-to-day processes seamless
What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization and easy navigation! Ramp has made the AP process so much easier as well as helped bridge the gap between finance and accounting perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasionally some errors that occur where it is difficult to identify what is holding up the payment process; however, I contacted the help team about my issue and they helped me right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps to keep our vendors organized and makes it easy to keep track of details such as W9's. I love how ramp has a detailed history of each transaction that updates all parties accordingly.
Ramp Review
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy to use. No frills.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pretty straightforward so I don't have any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes ordering funds for clients easier, and mileage reimbursement easier for myself.
Ramp has dramatically improved our corporate credit card reconciliation process.
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has turned what was once a painful process of reconciling our monthly corporate credit card statement into a breeze. The visibility into spending, the approval workflows, and overall matching technology have made it easier for both our end users and back-end accounting teams. Best of all is the customer support and client experience. We have been lucky to have two great Account Managers who respond timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are still being developed, such as having the ability to login as another employee to help troubleshoot issues, and being able to list multiple invoices on a single-use card. We've been told these enhancements are in pipeline for this year.

Ramp has revolutionized the way we do business!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the features that Ramp offers. It's so quick and easy to use the app & web version, and it's very streamlined & easy to understand. Most of all I love that it makes it so easy to upload receipts, which helps us have more effective and efficient accounting and finance processes. And I very much appreciate the "virtual card" options as that makes me even more efficient. The 'reminders' are also amazing because sometimes I need to buy things and then move on quickly, but having Ramp remind me that a receipt needs to be submitted helps keep me on track. Because of this, I've never had our finance dept have to follow up with me and ask for receipts, which is a win-win-win for all of us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose I don't understand why receipts are not requested/required for all purchases, but maybe that's due to our own custom company setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
According to our Finance Dept, Ramp has worked with him to do so many things that other providers didn't offer. The various features are all helpful and we have implemented using most of them which saves all of us time.
