Effortless Expense Management with Seamless WhatsApp Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how simple the platform is. I also enjoy getting notifications on WhatsApp, and I can upload the receipts directly to WhatsApp or using the app in a very simple manner. Using WhatsApp frequently, having the option to upload receipts directly there saves me time and energy compared to inputting receipts directly into the app, which is easy to use. WhatsApp obviously helps make the process a lot easier. I also like that i can book hotels and purchase business airfare directly on the app. Awesome feature!
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp simplifies managing expenses and tedious paperwork, and the WhatsApp integration saves me time by making receipt uploads easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the credit card receipt capture and how it links right into our ERP system.

I don't like the constant updates that change the layout (and therefore our processes).

What do you like best about the product?
Practical, simple, and the best ally for my business trips. Both the physical and digital cards are accepted everywhere, and the app is clear, transparent, and makes it easy to report expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
That they don’t offer is perks for company employees, such as reward points, cashback, or access to VIP lounges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expenses reports and balances.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to text in my receipts and purchase info
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the online app has trouble loading - the website works well - aside from that i really dont have complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting info in quickly and efficiently. before team members would take days to submit their info and now Ramps features like locking their card or sending a text to say hey just type a number to fill in the description is super helpful in getting purchase details in faster and easier

What do you like best about the product?
I find Ramp easy to use, and I think the interface is well thought out. The filtering of the transactions is easy to use and useful. The initial setup of Ramp was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes there are a lot of changes to the UI/UX, which can be confusing and take a little to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solves integration of transactions with our software system. I like that it's easy to use, the interface is well thought out, and the filtering of transactions is easy and useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to control our budgets across locations using Ramp. It makes managing overages easy and allows each store to operate independently. I also really like having a physical card because it makes on-the-fly purchases much easier. Sometimes, there isn’t time to make online purchases, and we need something in the moment. Having the card means we don’t have to worry about payouts or using personal funds. The initial setup of Ramp was super easy, taking little to no effort and was quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little hard to request to have budget added back if need be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes budget control easy, allowing each store to function independently. The physical card simplifies immediate purchases, eliminating personal funds and payouts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Ramp is intuitive and helps me get all my expenses that are everywhere in one place, which is really helpful. I also appreciate that each person can have a credit card. The setup of Ramp was easy and it worked well, which reinforces its intuitive nature. I love that it reminds me to put in my receipts for my expense report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had a more intuitive feature for creating receipts. I know that Expensify does that. If it had some kind of feature where it created receipts, that'd be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp consolidates my scattered expenses and is intuitive. It reminds me to submit receipts for my expense report, which is really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The all-in-one app allows for expenses to be classed, payments to be made to vendors and contractors, the ease of reimbursements to staff, and the travel portal. Customer support has also been excellent when needed. It has streamlined my use of time for handling our expenses and monitoring our expenses to the budget. I check it daily and it has cut down on my time dealing with administrative tasks greatly. Additionally, the staff find it easy and intuitive to use so our training for the classification of expenses is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it serves its purpose without any major detraction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my staff to easily monitor their expenditures and free up time on the admin side to ensure our expenses are properly classed for Quickbooks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Ramp and that it's kind of foolproof. It helps me see what I'm doing and correct any issues if I happen to click or put something in the wrong place. This ease of use provides less room for errors, which gives me confidence in the work I'm producing and sending to my bosses. Once we got the hang of it, the setup was very simple and easy. It's quick to replicate settings from our initial parent instance to the child instances, just by mirroring prior settings. I also appreciate how the receipts come directly to my email and Ramp automatically matches them, which means I don't have to use a third party to download and upload them, making the process faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding where certain things are at times is a bit tricky. I have to do a lot of clicking around, even though I know there's a question box I can type things into. I also had an experience where I asked a question to the help desk, and although they got back to me quickly, they unfortunately couldn't answer my follow-up question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp speeds up receipt processing, matching them directly to my email, eliminating the need for third-party downloads.
