Best business expense credit card
What do you like best about the product?
By using virtual credit cards I can automate accounting classification while also sharing cards with my employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of credit float sometimes causes cashflow management issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting automation as well as purchasing and expense cards for my staff.
Simple and effective tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use and has helped me organize my finances better. The automated expense reporting feature saves me a lot of time which helps me make smarter decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little complex to set up initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me keep track of my business expenses in one place and automatically categorizes them. It has also helped reduce unnecessary spending.

GREAT EXPENSE MANAGEMENT TOOL
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use ramp as this helps us in sending our expenses by attaching the receipts, and the reimbursement process is so easy, the entire team uses it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is a limit to the credit that our company is providing on our card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can even reimburse our travel expenses during our team outings and meetings, which controls our spend management.
Ramp Is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
As the accountant that gets to enter the expenses I am able to do so very quickly and have the ability to lock cards when users do not complete the requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything right now, it just works!

Great expense management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its a smart tool for corporate, for the sake of expense management, no training is required, accounting and finance team can track the receipts easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOthing to dislike because its veru easy to learn this tool, easy for the employess to track their receipt submission and tracking,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The great thing is it has automated tracking system, no manual expense tracking and provides our spending insights.
Its a great expense management software.

I love that i can easily submit my expenses and the reimbursement process is fast and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that i dislike about Eamp, its just that it has pending limits according to my company policy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easy to upload the receipts and its easy to check the each process on the day of submission.
Ramp is extremely user friendly, and easy to work with.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to set up anything in ramp. When it comes to adding a new user or even creating a new spend program, ramp makes it very easy to do it all. Not only is it easy for the admin side of the program, but even for employees that use the credit card. It makes summit receipts and invoices extremely easy for everyone involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say due to certain limitations with integration of unpopular ERP systems, it can be difficult at times to export data into your accounting software. You need a strong understand of excel exports and csv files if you want to integrate ramp with certain accounting software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With previous credit card companies it was extremely difficult to track company spending. You would need to look at the statement and the end of the month and compare that to physical paper receipts that would be handed by the respected mangers. Now with ramp it is very easy to take a picture of those receipts and have them show up instantly on the admin side. Coding certain purchases to the right accounting category in ramp is very helpful, and makes using credits cards a lot less easier for everyone.
Ramp gives us the freedom and efficiency we've been looking for..
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp gives the ultimate power to our employees - to spend as needed, efficiently add a receipt, code the transaction for our budget and give a memo for the purchase. This keeps the accounting office from having to hunt down receipts and try to guess where the employee wants to charge the item.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, our employees picked it up faster than we could imagine. We gave them no training - yet, from the moment it was rolled out for employees use, they have used it like crazy. The accounting department was still learning the software and how to reconcile/account for all the transactions while the employees were using it profusely!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timing of purchases. We did Purchase Orders on paper which had to wait about a week for implementation. Now, we do POs on Ramp and they have a 1-2 hour approval record. Items are purchased sooner when they are really needed so that employees are able to do their jobs more effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
Figuring out how to turn off repeat notifications when an invoice back-up for spend is not submitted - many vendors no longer providing it directly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to create virtual cards for both spend with vendors and T&E (offsite, trip spend) to manage expense and categorize it quickly to the right GL account.
