What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes it for employees to comply with expense policies. Customer service has been very good so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything unhelpful. We are working through the accounting downloads which is taking time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps make it easier for employees to comply with expense policies

Ramp is a TIME SAVER!

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from another credit/expense management system, Ramp has become a breeze for us. We love the ease of the system and all of the specific functions we can use and create. It's very user friendly, as well as, provides the customization our company needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comminication about changes to the platform is lacking. Pending transactions such has hotel holds should not cause users to lose access to their cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with Netsuite has solved the manual imports we had to previously do from our old provider. The immediate transactions help users provide receipts and make category choices on the spot versus having to wait a day or more for the transactions to process.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple interface makes it easy for card holders to track their own spend and stay up to date on receipts and memos. Much less time on my end chasing people down for receipts and determining what the spend was for. Holds people accountable for their own spend and reconciling at month end has become so much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing multi-entity spend is still a bit cumbersome, but that is because we are tied to Quickbooks. Once we transition to our new platform, we will be able to allocate expenses across the entire organization with just a drop down choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holding individuals accountable for their own documentation and doing it at the time of sale makes the follow up so much easier. Spending so much less time tracking down receipts for transactions and we are only in the first full month of implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
The bill payment process with approval routing. It has taken a completely manual process and automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still has some product maturity to take place. More ability to customize, search and sort needs added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating paper processes, managing cash flow, better visibility to expenses, electronic document management.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, clean interface. Excellent drag-and-drop invoice functionality. Nice-looking, customizable physical credit cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Xero takes a bit of effort. So much functionality that it take a bit of time to learn how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management, bill pay, and cleaner data integration with our other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, good support, and lets me focus on my business rather than trying to manage cards and bills
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some quirks in syncing with QuickBooks that would be nice refinements, but I really can't think of anything of substance that I don't like about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting my employees get their work done without trying to juggle cards and reimbursements

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and has the convenience that is needed for our remote workforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to access the admin features in the Ramp app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great having the ability to instantly issue corporate cards to anyone of our employees regardless of where they are working. We are also grateful for the ability to track all expenese instantly.
