Ramp is very user friendly for both card holders and program administrators
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp saw our corporation as the business entity it is, and didn't require personal guarantee's to establish a corporate card account. Setting up cards for all of our employees was easy and straight forward. Managing ongoing spend is efficient and insightful when using Ramps analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Applying our earned cash back rewards was the only thing I had to spend a little time on researching how to manage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows each card holder to manage their account individually, and doesn't require to the administrator to get involved with having to manage declined transactions or lost cards.

What do you like best about the product?
1) Access to a larger credit limit
2) Built on the company's credit. No guarantor
3) Virtual cards are amazing!! Transfer between users as needed.
4) Instant locking and unlocking for policy breakers. We have an internal policy that receipts for transactions are required to be turned in within 5 business days or your card is locked. The accounting view makes enforcing this very easy.
5) Reimbursements directly into employee's bank account
6) Mileage tracking
7) Purchase approvals by manager
8) Quickbooks desktop import file and QBO integration
9) Easy for employees to meet policy requirements through multiple avenues of entry (text, email, mobile app, or web app)
10) Easy onboarding using YouTube videos

What do you dislike about the product?
1) Receipts will occasionally disconnect from transaction. Eveyone remembers seeing it at one time, but when we go back to retrieve it, it's gone.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all Credit card expenses into one platform that is easy to manage from.
Ramp has completely transformed our outdated systems
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp does a great job at the most basic/core function of providing a great platform for corporate cards. Its easy for our employees to use and provides a great number of features that encourages employees to track expenses better. Meanwhile, the platform allows the finance team to track, monitor, and support much better than our old, traditional corporate card system. The customer service is top notch and the many features that go beyond even just corporate cards have streamlined much about our finance department. It was easy to implement, has many integrations to our other systems (QuickBooks, Teams, etc) that increase the frequency with which people interact with the platform (beyond just swiping their cards). We also have been embracing the features that allow us to use project/budget-specific cards and even vendor-specific cards to allow us to better track spending to budget and protect against fraud & misues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered any real downsides yet. There are some automations that we're hoping to be able to implement that are unique to our staff/business, but many of those are being worked out with assistance from customer service and a robust roadmap of future developments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Corporate cards, streamlining of finance department processes, automation & better management of AP processes. All of these have been easy to implement and have streamlined our systems in major ways.
Seamless integration packed with useful features
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp offers features we never knew we wanted to manage and monitor spending across our agency. Being able to create visual cards on the fly with spending criteria is super useful. Bonus - it brings the transactions into our accounting software pre-categorized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial application and approval process are a little difficult for service businesses without hoards of cash in the bank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to issue virtual cards to employees and having them enter expense information is a huge time saver for our internal accounting.
Ramp - Functionally Great!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is super easy use, and allows you to submit and process in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Memo section takes a bit to complete, depending. But its a small item that is overlooked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to house all vendors in one area is really nice. Once entered, all data is captured and transmitted.
Keeps us organized and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it easy to submit and approve expenses quickly. Real-time tracking and automated receipt matching have reduced errors and the time spent on manual entries. The built-in spending controls and detailed analytics provide valuable insights into our spending patterns, helping us to manage our budget more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside for our company. Maybe for others it would be managing the users and their spending limits.

Ramp's integration with our existing accounting software ensures a seamless flow of financial data, which helps in maintaining accurate records and simplifying audits. Overall, Ramp has enhanced our efficiency and financial oversight, making Ramp a great tool for our company.
The best thing to happen to company credit cards
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of ramp is its automations and keeping of receipts electronically. It makes our finance department's life so much easier, not to mention the lives of the cardholders. Their customer service is unparralled! It was also extremely easy to get up and running. Ramp has become our daily use expense cards of choice. It was also extremely easy to integrate into our existing processes with their workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that they havent yet built integrations for some of the smaller erp systems and banks. But I have faith this will come in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is most beneficial in getting rid of having to worry about receipts. users just take a picture and upload them. Finance can download the receipts or links as needed.
Easy to use, very efficient with expense documents
What do you like best about the product?
Expense Receipt matching, and text verifications
What do you dislike about the product?
We are using it to find untaxed invoices for USE tax; the Bill=Pay reports do not show which invoices have been taxed.

Excellent for Non-Profits
What do you like best about the product?
Our non-profit organization has been using Ramp for over a year, and we could not be more pleased. It was quick to set up, and our staff has found it easy to use. We love being able to upload receipts through our phones. The customer support has been great. Our bookkeeper also finds it easy to use, and appreciates the QuickBooks integration. Highly recommend!

Honestly, there is nothing I would say that I dislike.

It is easy to manage staff spending.
