The Total Package

What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves the app and the easy notifications to approve expenditures, raise credit limited, and create virtual cards for recurring expenses. Intergration with Quickbooks is faultless. The Bill Pay feature has allowed us to go almost completely paperless. The approval process is all online and payments are made by ACH or mailed by Ramp. We can also add external approvers like a board treasurer to the approval flow.

I may only print and sign 2-3 checks a month now for local vendors who need immediate payment on delivery. For us, it's the total package.

PS You can lock credit cards for team members who don't fulfill the requirements within a set period of time like adding a receipt and a description of the expense. Talk about good motivation for sales people!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since approvals are made on each expense, it can be more time-consuming for managers used to simply reviewing a monthly statement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp gave us a paperless a/p process with flexible policies and approval flows. It was easy to set up and users all love it. On the credit card side, users love the ease of use and app. From an administration stand point, I love setting up virtual cards for recurring expenses that I can assign to anyone when there is turn-over without having to contact vendors and update information.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is great, and the connectivity between our HR software and email makes things easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the support articles are no longer relevant when the site gets updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every vendor has a clear owner and the approval process is much more streamlined than what we had in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
Church/non-profit friendly! Until you have had to search high and low for a card that you can use for your non-profit, you won't understand. It is incredibly user friendly and everyone was able to learn it quickly. Training multiple people of different generations was easy. It has streamlined things for us and we were able to discontinue two of our other softwares we were using. Our organization uses it non-stop and it has helped us keep things organized much better across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't sync the Product Service Codes with QBO yet - but they said they are looking into it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more lost receipts because they can submit it the second it prints for them - and they can do it via text, email, or uploading! We are able to process reimbursements and vendor payments so much faster too.

Sync function with Sage Intacct to cut down on duplicate work to get transactions/receipts/memos into the accounting system we use

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is paramount and the automatic integration with Gmail is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part of Ramp is that the columns/headers on every page in the system are not sortable. I also dislike the fact under Expenses, you cannot see the accounting category or even turn the option on under customize columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows us to see and review credit card transactions as well as Employee reimbursements in real time. It helps us control expenses by flagging transactions outside of set limits.

What do you like best about the product?
Nearly everything can be cusomized with settings for just about everything. Works great with Quickbooks. Lots of support implementing the product. Does exactly what we need and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very complicated to learn. They offer tons of support with learning the system and implementing. I'm used to figuring out this type of software and I have low need for support. For Ramp, I really needed a bit of extra help since there are so many customizations and nuances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this point, expense management is the biggest problem Ramp is solving. We needed cards for the team to use and we needed them to submit their receipts with memo for the purpose of the expense. Ramp is doing exactly that.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes it for employees to comply with expense policies. Customer service has been very good so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything unhelpful. We are working through the accounting downloads which is taking time.

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from another credit/expense management system, Ramp has become a breeze for us. We love the ease of the system and all of the specific functions we can use and create. It's very user friendly, as well as, provides the customization our company needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comminication about changes to the platform is lacking. Pending transactions such has hotel holds should not cause users to lose access to their cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with Netsuite has solved the manual imports we had to previously do from our old provider. The immediate transactions help users provide receipts and make category choices on the spot versus having to wait a day or more for the transactions to process.

Managing corporate credit card spend made so much easieer

What do you like best about the product?
The simple interface makes it easy for card holders to track their own spend and stay up to date on receipts and memos. Much less time on my end chasing people down for receipts and determining what the spend was for. Holds people accountable for their own spend and reconciling at month end has become so much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing multi-entity spend is still a bit cumbersome, but that is because we are tied to Quickbooks. Once we transition to our new platform, we will be able to allocate expenses across the entire organization with just a drop down choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holding individuals accountable for their own documentation and doing it at the time of sale makes the follow up so much easier. Spending so much less time tracking down receipts for transactions and we are only in the first full month of implementation.
