Platform will Transform Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp's credit card, bill paying, and reimbursement systems are simply unparalleled. The ability to build systemized approvals will transform small business and nonprofit organziation accounting. Engaging in transactions happens all the time in these environments, but the ability to create effective internal controls is game changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp has a bit of a learning curve that will require dedication. The investment is worth it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Approvals for small businesses and nonprofits have been sorely lacking, and Ramp provides the ability to create an internal control environment efficiently.

The credit limit is different than I am used to

Eliminating steps and helping all accounting run quicker
Wonderful product, easy to use, saves time and money
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has made our bookkeeping so easy and clean. As a small business, its cut down on our personnel costs by elimentating a part time position who was simply keeping up with our expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface still needs some work. Its not 100% intuitive yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has cut down on our reporting lag time and increased our accuracy in reporting.
Best expense mgmt + credit card platform for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp bring credit cards, bill pay, and spend management (including reimbursements) all into 1 easy to use platform. And the rewards are actual cash, not 'points' that never really end up being worth anything (looking at you, Divvy/Bill.com).

Honestly, I don't have anything I dislike

Tracking and controlling all of our business spend.

Easy to use & manage cards. I really like the ability to set my own perimeters.

No real drawbacks from my perspective. Service team is usually responsive in a timely manner.

Continued work on the fuel program is encouraging.

Rewards can only be taken as statement credit instead of cash

We didn't have a company credit card before, and this is an easy solution that gives the flexibility to control spending by user without any credit card fees.

Love the spend management tooling and reminders. Very easy to roll out to entire team.
Very helpful for enforcing compliance
What do you like best about the product?
I no longer have to chase down admin or sales to get supporting documentation for their charges, and it's easy to turn off someone's card when they violate policy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI doesn't do a very good job of matching receipts to transactions, there have been many times where it's added a receipt or memo to a totally different charge, and then i've gotten locked out of my card as a result. They need to work on improving this.
