Ramp has changed the way we measure up other business software's.
What do you like best about the product?
We really enjoy the ease of use and how Ramp makes coding and reconciling so easy. This has been one of our favorite software's that we use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AP processing timeline is a little long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The expense management has helped streamline our business and keep everything from client reimbursements to coding organized and flowing.
Overall a very positive experience, easy to set up and good customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access and great UI. Integrates to ERP's pretty seamlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a number of sync issue with expenses and what not ebcause of a weird issue with subsidiaries within our Parent company. Also syncing bank accounts did not work properly for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining AP and vendor management. Also handling employee expenses and issuing spend.
Intuitive Payment Solution offering flexibility and peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the ability to deploy to multiple endn users. Integrates well with quickbooks and deployment and implemention was seemless to the vendors and our internal users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows could be a little easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seemless payments using multipe payment avenues. Provides more robust cash back and solves our reimbursement issues when employees make authorized purchases through a personal means.
Ramp Meets All of Our Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Reliable, user-friendly, does all of the work for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
If Ramp could have a longer retention period for sending receipts, that would be extremely beneficial!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is starting a Travel Beta that will increase their support of we operate
Ramp has made employee expenses more manageable and efficient in a real time environment
What do you like best about the product?
I like the benefit of having the cardholder uploading their receipts and coding directly from their phone or laptop. It makes the accounting process so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an integration set up to connect with Restaurant 365.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to wait for the statement to come in to enter accounting information in the accounting system.
Ramp has revolutionized my accounting processes.
What do you like best about the product?
Bill pay, Company expense, tracking employees. Everything, what is not to like?
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile admin tools are missing. I can log in to the website via my mobile browser, but it's challenging to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One example is automation in our other systems.
Easy to work with
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy to work with. We are a small company and from Sales to onboarding the customer service at Ramp set us up for success. I love how easy it is to issue cards, either virtual or physical, and the visibiliy to what our current spend is. Our employees are adapting quickly and we are getting away from the old excel template monthly reimbursements for EE Expense.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downside is getting comfortable with the internal controls of thier system. You can make it so that Admin's can't approve their own requests, which is great. I would urge them to continue to ensure controls are apparent and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplicity in card management. Insights to employee spend. The reporting is great, cash back is awesome. I can easily and quickly issue employees a virtual card in minutes, it's awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to customize change and organize processes with Ramp
What do you dislike about the product?
Will not sync with our accounting software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me know who has made the charge and we can track down our reciepts as they happen in order to charge our clients timely.
Life Saving Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to track expenses in real time. I also, no longer need to constantly request expense reports and receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature to send invoices to customers and receive payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to track down expense reports from company managers.
Easy to use and great benefits
What do you like best about the product?
I like the cash back feature and the mobile app. It is easier to book our credit card transactions into our ERP.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't directly interface with Blackbaud, our ERP, but we've been able to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaced our old corporate credit cards.
