Fast and very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule payments right there in the platform and assess my cash needs for the next few weeks. The dashboard makes it very easy for managers to approve bills, and for employees to use the virtual/physical cards
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more flexible reporting within the app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me provide faster solutions to employees regarding their purchases, as well as more features for me to manage my vendor payments
Ramp is great and ever evolving to encapsulate the needs of growing businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can set up spend programs that allow you to create company stipends. The rules are very robust and you can ensure that only one employee gets access to the card instead of manually checking to see if someone has access to one already. This saves time and worry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I wish we got on ramp was an integration with our HRIS system. Any manager change in our HRIS has to be manually changed in Ramp so the approvals go to the correct person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Ramp for a lot of reasons, but mostly our expense management and AP automation. They provide helpful insights on how to save money and the have the capability to creating robust approval chains to guardrail your company's money.
Easy and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is very user friendly both on the front end and back end. They have great customer support and it was very easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found anything we dislike about Ramp.

Helps us better control and manage our spending. Has made our back office more efficient

It was hard to get an account in the beginning, it was alot of challenges and hoops to go through

It is helping with my spending management side of things.
Ramp is a dream for detail oriented accountants as well as FP&A teams
What do you like best about the product?
Every single headache from expense reimbursements, bill pay, card spend, controls etc -- all of it has been completely eliminated. If you use Quickbooks or NetSuite (and possibly others) you will cut hours off your month-end time close time and implementation will be a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly can't think of a single thing. While all platforms have room for improvement, there's nothing today that I don't like!

Controls over runaway credit card spend, enhanced internal controls over AP processing, department tagging to expenses
RAMP is Great for your business
What do you like best about the product?
RAMP's cash back policy and easy to use site makes it easy to review receipts and input them into our ERP

Absolutely nothing love everything about RAMP

It is helping us simplify our Expense policies
Ramp has been a vast improvement to our NetSuite reporting on Expense reports

The integration from Ramp to NetSuite is seamless & very easy to read / report on in NetSuite

Hard to connect to a real person on support. Can take days to get a response when email is sent.

What do you like best about the product?
I currently use Ramp for 4 different companies. The experience has been really great, particularly with the syncing with Quickbooks and the instant texts for users to take a picture of receipts and add brief description of charges. Super easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints, although I would prefer that it didn't require me to re-link the account to my bank account so frequently.

Getting people to submit receipts and discriptions of charges.
Best Credit Card System Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has been the best thing for our business since sliced bread. It makes life so easy to report transactions and capture receipts. Also issuing cards to new employees could not be easier
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found much that we dislike about Ramp. I wish we could customize the cards more to match our branding as a company but that's small things.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenience, easy of use and integration into our ecosystem of software tools. Integration into our accounting software tools as well which automates our entire accounts payable accounting process. Extremely efficient to use and saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited options for business travel and lower net cash benfit rebates versus other cards. Also, less partner benefit promotions. However, right now the time savings is the benefit, plus we use the cash back on our spending to lower our monthly credit card bills.
