Revolutionary to automate processes
What do you like best about the product?
The bill payment process with approval routing. It has taken a completely manual process and automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still has some product maturity to take place. More ability to customize, search and sort needs added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating paper processes, managing cash flow, better visibility to expenses, electronic document management.
Best corporate card, expense, bill pay, and expense reimbursement platform I've used
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, clean interface. Excellent drag-and-drop invoice functionality. Nice-looking, customizable physical credit cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Xero takes a bit of effort. So much functionality that it take a bit of time to learn how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management, bill pay, and cleaner data integration with our other tools.
Ramp is the best expense platform I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, good support, and lets me focus on my business rather than trying to manage cards and bills
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some quirks in syncing with QuickBooks that would be nice refinements, but I really can't think of anything of substance that I don't like about Ramp.

Letting my employees get their work done without trying to juggle cards and reimbursements

The convenience and the detailed expense tracking

they will change your limit every other day which seriosly affects your business

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and has the convenience that is needed for our remote workforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to access the admin features in the Ramp app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great having the ability to instantly issue corporate cards to anyone of our employees regardless of where they are working. We are also grateful for the ability to track all expenese instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, virtual cards, sync to accounting platforms, bill pay included, transparent and simple rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization of some of the expense policies.

Corporate cards, spending controls/receipt capture, simple and effective bill pay to vendors

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp keep tracking of our expenses and reimbursements very clean and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not seen any downsides to Ramp at this time.

Love Ramp, great product, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's really slick, love how easy it makes receipt capturing. We recently transitioned to Netsuite - love how easy the Netsuite integration is and how easy everything syncs over into Netsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice if we could link transactions to a specific job (construction industry) and add a PO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us a good way to issue corporate cards, track receipts, and approve purchases and monitor spend.
We Love Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has streamlined our billpay and our credit card spending for our company, and making evewrything easier and faster on all fronts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Someitmes we have technical issues, but the Ramp support team always fixed the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps us with all our employees on spending and linking their credit card transactions. We also use this for Billpay which syncs into our netsuite, saving us from a lot of headaches.
Ramp saves us time with Accounting and great UX for employees!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, employees enjoy it, and the best part is we can do Employee Reimbursements, A/P Bill processing, and CC Transactions all in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few specific features that would be nice to have but aren't build out yet, for example bulk editing of memos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing budget and spending across various events or team offsites. It also saves us time with month-close accounting processes and streamlines a lot of the moving parts.
