What do you like best about the product?
I like Ramp because it's incredibly easy to use and accessible, allowing anyone to use it with ease. I am impressed by the speed at which transactions appear in the app—almost instantaneously after I swipe my card, which addresses bookkeeping issues effectively. This immediacy, combined with the capability to upload receipts in less than a minute, makes accounting tasks significantly simpler. I appreciate the feature that allows me to upload invoices and receipts directly, and I find it particularly useful that Ramp can sync with my email to automatically link any receipts I might have forgotten about. The initial setup was quite easy, thanks to Ramp’s excellent support team, who helped us smoothly get everything organized for each team member.

Certain receipts do not automatically load onto Ramp.

What do you like best about the product?
The procedures are straightforward, and I appreciated the instruction segment—it was clear, concise, and matched my level of understanding. The app itself is excellent and very user-friendly. Whenever I needed assistance or guidance, I knew exactly where to go and what steps to take, whether it was checking our budget balance, tracking down a lost receipt, uploading receipts, or locating the summary of a particular expenditure. You don't need to be an accountant or an IT expert to navigate the app. It's well designed and serves as a highly efficient tool. I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I notice a delay between uploading my receipt and receiving approval.

This tool helps us monitor our spending and manage our budget effectively. It also brings together information on the materials and equipment we are purchasing, which makes stocktaking easier and supports planning for future procurement.

I love how Ramp saves me a lot of time by automatically categorizing and managing my expenses according to the policy. This feature is incredibly convenient, as it eliminates the need for me to manually categorize expenses after purchasing from different vendors. I also enjoy the seamless experience provided by their app, which simplifies uploading receipts and extracting necessary details effortlessly. Furthermore, Ramp's global reach, supporting over 190 countries, is a significant advantage compared to our previous provider, Brex, which had limited access in Asian countries. The ease of the initial setup with Ramp was another aspect I greatly appreciated, making the transition straightforward. Overall, Ramp earns a perfect 10 out of 10 from me for its impressive features and user-friendly experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say only improvement I think of is that Ramp should support a transaction PIN for any of my transactions. Like, without a PIN, Ramp will not initiate the transactions. This is a mandatory security layer in India.

It offers the right number of features without feeling overwhelming, and its integrations work seamlessly with the rest of my tools.

I haven’t encountered any significant drawbacks with Ramp so far. The platform works smoothly and consistently, and there’s nothing major I dislike. If anything, adding a few more advanced customization options in the future could make it even better.

Ramp makes payments smooth by generating virtual credit cards that are quick and convenient to use. This removes friction in managing expenses and helps me complete transactions efficiently. It works reliably for routine and business purchases, reduces manual effort, and keeps everything well organized. Overall, it streamlines financial workflows and gives me better control over spending with minimal hassle.
