Excellent interface and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, approving expenses is simple, categorizing expenses to the appropriate accounts is easy and creating rules to automatically categorize the same expenses moving forward is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish syncing the expenses to Quick Books online was quicker. I also wish I could pull a point-in-time report to see how much was spent as of a certain date or in a certain period.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything you need is right on the site and easy to find. Uploading invoices is a breeze. I use Ramp a few days a week to upload invoices, track employee expenses, and view reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the employee cards was compromised and stopped. But we cannot remove it from our account. Would love to remove it, but keep the previous purchases under it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping us see where we can cut spending and how we can get the most out of what we need.
Easy to use, administration is thought through.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of getting started and cleans up otherwise clunky processes.

Little learning curve on back-end payment connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continuity in personnel processes, timing of data collection.
Efficiencies gained in coding and enhanced visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has allowed us to build coding rules in several different possible combinations to eliminate the need to code each individual transactions. It also suggests rules for you as it learns over time which is super cool. We have gained significant visibility into our spend which we then load into Power BI and layer it into our overall reporting dataset. Ramp has a lot of solid features for collaboration on specific transactions and great spend control capabilities. They also seem to iterate quickly on product build and take feedback very seriously.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not a lot of downsides to Ramp that we have seen so far, and gaps are typically addressed quickly. Sometimes the integrations for Outlook and such feel hit or miss, but it is getting better. The homepage can be sometimes hard to navigate and I wish there was a better log of all interactions in the tool so you had a one stop shop to avoid forgetting things from a few days ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were coding individual transactions and now we are only coding things that there are not rules built around and reviewing the automated results of the rules. It is also helping with reporting visibility and approval workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
No more expense reports & that our team members can get paid directly for reimbursements - & they love that also. I like RAMP so much that I installed it for our church users also.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of a downside or anything that I don't like about RAMP

Our team members don't have to create expense reports that have to be reviewed & entered & paid manually

What do you like best about the product?
As the accountant that gets to enter the expenses I am able to do so very quickly and have the ability to lock cards when users do not complete the requirements.

Can't think of anything right now, it just works!

Its a great expense management software.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can easily submit my expenses and the reimbursement process is fast and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that i dislike about Eamp, its just that it has pending limits according to my company policy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easy to upload the receipts and its easy to check the each process on the day of submission.
Ramp gives us the freedom and efficiency we've been looking for..
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp gives the ultimate power to our employees - to spend as needed, efficiently add a receipt, code the transaction for our budget and give a memo for the purchase. This keeps the accounting office from having to hunt down receipts and try to guess where the employee wants to charge the item.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, our employees picked it up faster than we could imagine. We gave them no training - yet, from the moment it was rolled out for employees use, they have used it like crazy. The accounting department was still learning the software and how to reconcile/account for all the transactions while the employees were using it profusely!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timing of purchases. We did Purchase Orders on paper which had to wait about a week for implementation. Now, we do POs on Ramp and they have a 1-2 hour approval record. Items are purchased sooner when they are really needed so that employees are able to do their jobs more effectively.
