Ramp has made me popular with my clients!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, the rewards, the workflows/approvals. And I love the cheer giffs after using the card.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a low limit way to onboard smaller clients- small businesses and non-profits that have cash flow swing. I do a lot of work in these industries and would love to set them off on the right foot but they don't always have the cash minimum. It would be nice if there was an "entry" option that gave a low spend limit in this scenario so bookkeepers can design a system for them from day #1 using this tool. Instead I have to set them up on a totally different software and then hope to switch eventually. That makes MY workflow slower because I have to work in a subpar system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Approval processes that auditors love, receipt capture, faster communication between me and my client about transaction details.

What do you like best about the product?
App for field users - automation for accounting
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - the implementation process was addressed by the specialist assigned to onboarding. They customized our implementation schedule around our availability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives the field users an integrated way to submit receipts and memos
Ramp has saved our non profit tons of time and lots of money
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Gmail, Amazon, the app and website. Bill pay is also amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually would like the option to use cash back as points on Amazon. I'd like a little more customization on the bill pay import.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time is saves vs regular cc reconciliation is awesome for my team
We have had nothing but an excellent experience with Ramp.
What do you like best about the product?
Virtual cards for all the different accounts; such as one for Amazon account; able to approve the transaction on my phone or by email; having full control of our spending and cash back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to report our bank accounts each month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to purchase what we need to do our different events; setup continues bills and it tell us when they have been paid.
Finding a ONE-Stop Bill Paying and Credit Card Vendor
What do you like best about the product?
I was surprise I was able to obtain real support from RAMP. Really appreciate working with their team in particular with Matt McAnally. He walked me through step by step and actually pay attention when I ran into problem even after the training. I think with Ramp; we can have the credit card, bill paying and potentially using Flex for cash management as needed. The platform seems to be a lot easier to use than some other bill paying software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is both a like and dislike. We do get a lot of emails from Ramp whenever a bill has been uploaded, from approval, to payment and when payment is made or expected to arrive to our vendors, there could be 3 to 4 emails on the same bill. On the other hand if one load the bill correctly the audit trial is there and we could even send the email regarding when the payment is made to our vendor as necessary.

Excellent platform
What do you like best about the product?
Our company has recently made the switch to Ramp for our company charge cards. We have benefited from the ease of use and mobile platforms especially. It was incredibly easy to begin using and we appreciate the ease in updating information in a timely manner. As we've integrated over the this new system we have been in contact with various Ramp support specialists frequently and every time our questions have been answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
While this does seem to be a well rounded product, there are instances where we come across a feature that isn't established quite yet, however, it does seem that there are updates coming that include most of the feautures we are looking for, and some we didn't even know we needed but have been increidbly helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has helped us simplify our employee charge card reporting which helps us get more timely reporting.
Best expanse management platform and corporate credit card program for a scaling startup!
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful expanse control capabilities, easy to implement and use, great free tier with credit card cashback, integrates with accounting and HR software, great CSM, onboarding, and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not available to Canadian entity, procurement functionalities are still very basic

What do you like best about the product?
I can't be in accounting and not start with the cash back. Ramp's automation makes it easier for your employees to submit and code their charges. Ramp also makes it easier for your accounting team to process and upload transactions to your accounting software. We save time, have happier employees and save money with Ramp!
What do you dislike about the product?
They are growing and improving so quickly, it is hard to keep up with them. Because of this, their menus change and you have to re-locate where the selection is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting compliance in submitting receipts and coding by users in a timely basis. Reducing cost from cash back and by requiring less processing time.

It's helping us to solve issues in how our team pays and tracks its spending.
Overall Decent Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibilty to spin up cards, cancel cards, and add users. Overall easy layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not the best. The team seems to reply with canned responses that you can find on the website. Would be nice to be able to trouble shoot with a person versus a copied and pasted response. Also, response time is inaquediate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to pay vendors quickly and have the proper approval thresholds in place.
