Happy with Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
It's been easy to use and manage our cards. Taking care of reimbursements through Ramp has allowed us to streamline that process as well. A couple of clicks and the cash back reward is applied to our balance. It's nice, everything just works the way it should.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using ramp for about 4 months now, and there are no major complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of our credit cards and reimbursements is easier, and the insight into what has been spent and where is simple.
Cuts down my workload
What do you like best about the product?
It compiles all expenses in one place and alerts me to what is missing before they should be imported to my books. Integration with my bookkeeping software makes importing a breeze. The cash back is also a nice perk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our expenses require a journal entry to assign to multiple customers, I'm still working on how to do that. We are just getting stared with Ramp, employees are still getting used to their required tasks, like uploading receipts and adding memos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collection of receipts and approvals is handled by Ramp, including emailing employees to remind them of missing items. AP automation is great, once a bill is entered and approved Ramp schedules the payment to go out by the due date.
Missing Items
What do you like best about the product?
The transparency and ability to see right away what the spend is. This allows for corrective actions in a timely fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you cannot link GSA rates to travel. If they were linked, it could automatically reject transactions that do not fall within those limits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of people submitting expense reports, this nicely shows the receipts and you can ping people who did not comply with that very easily from within ramp. My time as approver of the expenses went down quite a bit. It also prevents from people submitting expenses months after they spend the money.
Ease of use and user/admin friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigate for both admin and user
What do you dislike about the product?
report features. We would like to have more so we can analyze employee spending more.

The ease of integration to our ERP system and the easy of tracking reimbursement for users
Best tool for Accountants!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ramp is giving you the power to manage expenses across large number of employees. you have the ability to issue different cards with different limits accross the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, Ramp covered all pain points I had with managing large scale monthly expesnes. I do wish that ramp would consider products for small businesses or even individual level for budgetting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me manage high volume of transactions every month for multiple projects within the company. Also it help minimize risk my giving the ability to issue multiple cards accorss the team. So no more sharing CCs
Smooth user experience, support team is diligent and customer is always first.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of Ramp that allows us to sync multiple other platforms with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of sync issues can occur, but they are learning and actively making it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track and reconcile employee transactions very easily. It makes it easy for the employees as well so they are more willing to participate and submit receipts.
Ramp is a game changer :) It automates so many bookeeping processes for us!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's intuitive. Forces accountability to the spenders, so I don't have to spend time tracking down receipts or reminding people to submit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way that it handles statements. I wish there was a better process. Processing credit memos are non-existant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is making all of my accounts payable processes quicker and simpler. It also puts accountability back to my team for turning in their own receipts.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Ramp syncs to QuickBooks, so reconciling our accounts is very fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything I dislike about Ramp. So far everything has worked out well for our company.

Automatic syncing to QuickBooks is making reconciliation easy for us.
Almost perfect platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to enforce both pre and post spend rules for all of our cardholders. I also enjoy the automation rules that Ramp gives you for coding and receipt capture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the cashback is only redeemable in the form of a statement credit. I wish their were more redemption options. I also wish that the transaction data columns could be fully customizable. I also wish that the mobile app had more capabilities for the management/review of the expenses. It's perfect for the cardholders, but not the managers/reviewers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pre and post spend controls. It also helps us see and adjust credit limits very easily. We can also require our cardholders to adhere to our expense policies or get their cards shut off automatically!
Ramp review
What do you like best about the product?
The upload of information including receipts into Quickbooks online is seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any issues with using this product yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Approval process is simple. We no longer have to hunt down receipt copies. Our employees are able to upload their documents at the time of purchase and get them approved by management very quickly.
