Payment required more quickly than traditional credit cards.

We no longer need to manually record credit card expenses in Quickbooks.

All the features are very useful and easy to use.

Other than the headaches of transitioning from our previous credit card to ramp the onboarding process has been a great experience.

Ramp is solving a range of finance and expense management problems, benefiting me by streamlining expense tracking, enhancing budget control, improving financial accuracy, and enabling data-driven decision-making, ultimately saving time and boosting overall financial efficiency for my organization.
Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has a simple platform, easy to issue cards, easy to implement with the team, and provides great visibilty to card holders, managers, and admin team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp has very specific cash balance requirements, that for small businesses is a hinderance to being able to use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamling and increased visiblity to the expense reporting process on company card spend
Consolidated Spend Management At Its Finest
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to get started and is easy/intuitive to use. It brings all my spend management into one place and brings supportive evidence of transactions into our records with little to no touch. Virtual cards (which limit fraud risk), accounts payable, and employee reimbursements all in one platform! Not to mention no platform fee and cash back on our spend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides to using Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has allowed us to bring spend management under one tool. We previously didn't have an employee reimbursement platform so Ramp provided that as well. Cash back is a big win too!
Awesome for a small church

Simplicity of expense management for team. Oftentimes business expense management is very difficult. Ramp makes it simple

I wish there were easier ways for employees to categorize their own expenses.

Card and expense management for employees.
Simplified credit card program
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the simplicity of the platform and the seamless manner in which receipts and descriptions are captured.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be multi-entity integration for Xero.

No more expense claims where personal funds have been used.
Great expense management
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is fairly easy to use, making expense management management very easy to manage and efficient. Being able to review transactions daily giver us better control over expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few issues when uploading receipts. It doesn't match the receipt to the transaction at times. Another issue is creating virtual cards when we issue physical cards for our users. We prefer not to have virtual cards as it confuses some of our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most beneficial part is not having to chase receipts as users are aware of uploading receipts upon purchases. Although Ramp doesn't integrate with our software it still saves us time when entering transactions onto our own program.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease. Set up, use, reconciling. The customer service group has been nothing but helpful (like what you'd like to expect from every customer service department)
What do you dislike about the product?
It's getting used to a new system. On line, virtual cards. A new way to do business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the cc process. Rather than an employee charging and getting reimbursed (and keeping the credits) our company is getting the benefits. Great email communication on charges as they occur.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking and accounting of CC expenses, easy to implement, and a decent cash back rate

I like everything, atleast compared to our previous CC tool!

It's allowing us better insight into each employees spend, thus improving our control and budgeting aspect
