    Computer Software

Amazingly simple interface and yet feature-rich with everything you need on the platform

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of useful features. Intuitive to use. Customer support is generally very knowleageable and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it's frustrating as customer support isn't keen on resolving problems via zoom at all, but sometimes an issue can be addressed or at least conveyed much easier and faster via zoom versus writing it all out. Instead there's tons of back and forth describing with emails when a 5-10min call can resolve or conveyed. This is one of the things I wish ramp support would be more open to.

The other thing that's lacking about ramp is when it comes to international employees and reimbursements. Each time I've used it, it's a huge hassle, and the conversion rates is extremely frustrating even if the employee enters the amount in USD it somehow still ignores the USD field.

ps - to the ramp CS comment below - I am referring to a ZOOM CALL, A VIDEO CALL where screenshare can be done. I'm NOT talking about a phon call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounts payable is much more streamlined now with the help of ramp. It's also easy to see spending on a more granular level. Issuing virtual cards is a breeze. Overall, it has helped us save time as well as gives a better handle on our spending.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy cashback with no tricks and very helpful system to organize and process expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be overcomunicative. Also Visa card benefits should be more clear on the Ramp platform.

Painless expense reporting and invoice processing

What do you like best about the product?
It's fast and intuitive. You can look at your entire spend situation all at once. It has a native integration with Netsuite for posting invoices, payments, and credit card transactions. All approvals can be routed through workflows based on $ threshold and vendor. It works with multiple subsidiaries.

Beyond the functionality, it's less than free. Ramp offers cash back on credit card purchases made using their VISA branded cards. As many of our vendors accept VISA, we've been able to get significant rebates from our spend.

Ramp's support is responsive and grasps what the issues are quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp is a relatively new company and there are occasional growing pains. If a transaction is matched incorrectly (Invoice to credit card), there's no way to unmatch it, even with their technical support. Approval routing has to be set on a vendor level, not a department level. This can be challenging if the same vendor is used by multiple departments (i.e. business cards). In those cases, we have to manually set an approver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has automated our approval workflow without the need for additional NetSuite licenses. It easily manages expense reporting with native Android and iOS apps. I can focus more on the business, rather than administration.

Expenses management system that comes with a credit card, finally!

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has made my monthly credit card reconcilation so much easier. I used to spend 3-4 hours a month and now I spend 45 minutes. Can't believe the big banks don't offer services like Ramp does. We were with WF, such a pain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! However, I would like a better rewards rate, 1% is really low. I'm not able to get full accounting synching but it's because of the system we use (Financial Edge), but the Ramp workaround still saves me more than 30 hours a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting receipts from the team! Getting memos on all expenses. Quickly importing the transactions to our financial system. Oh, the ability to increase limits in real time!

What do you like best about the product?
Getting my money reimbursed always. Quick and easy process! I love being able to everything clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love Ramp! Maybe if it could look more animated? But that's just a suggestion :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes sure I always get my money back. I love being able to see the progress of the reimbursement so I know exactly when I'll get my money back. I'm able to pay my bills on time!

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is so easy to use and saves our team members so much time! The app is intuitive and Ramp makes continuous improvements to the technology.

Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike about Ramp.

Our team was spending so much time at the end of the month completing expense reimbursements and mileage requests. Ramp allows our team to be efficient which in turn is increasing our data accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform is really easy to use. Cash back is a great feature as well. Our team moved over to Ramp from another expense tool and has really liked the change!

There's not a lot that we don't like... it's a good tool!

Team members can have their own business credit card - this makes it easy to track company expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
While I only used Ramp for some initial office expenses, it was more user-friendly than past expense systems I've used. It came with a virtual card number that allowed system-categorization of most expenses, as well as fewer receipts needed. The reimbursement was fast and any snags in the submission process were fleeting and/ or remedied with a page refresh.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue I had with the virtual card was that it wasn't really possible to use the entire budget since online vendors don't generally accept more than one form of payment. For example, if there was $15 of budget left and I wanted to get something that was $50, I was out of luck. I'm sure that this is how they are saving companies a lot of money with unused budget. Also, it's impossible to use a virtual card in person. While online shopping can save money, there are sometimes unnecesary shipping costs. There was still the need for some receipts, too. And for one submission, it wasn't initially clear to me that it was incomplete. I had to come back later to categorize it when I thought I was finished with it.

Expense reimbursement
