What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has been a huge help in tracking and recording credit card purchases by all of our team members. I love the "mark ready" feature on all transactions and how we can require a receipt on certain purchases. Receipt collecting was one of my biggest struggles prior to ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the specific set up areas on the site are a little confusing to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receipt collections and determining why items were bought.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can capture expenses so easily and also it's easy integrations make it super simple to close books quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
It has gotten a bit complex to manage cards and all of the expense modules for a small startup like ours. Need to simplify based on company stage. We probably don't need all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves expense reconciliation
It saves me time and effort in closing books and helps me keep a tight control on spends

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic posting of transactions to Quickbooks Online
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had hotel holds on cards that were cleared but kept coming up as something that we had to submit receipts for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is a great improvement over Expensify. It does a great job of managing team member expenses.

Best fit for startups

What do you like best about the product?
I ended up checking out Ramp because we didn't want to keep charging things to our company debit card, but didn't want to personally guarantee the card, as we found out most all business cards do!

Ramp keeps it simple- your credit is based on the balance in your bank account. It's a great fit for startups and it has begun to shine even more as we have added others to the team. Creating new cards, setting limits for travel, etc. are all a breeze. We do all our submitting and processing of reimbursement requests via Ramp as well and it's worked out swimmingly.

Love being able to create essentially endless virtual cards. We end up using one for each vendor, and it's especially helpful when doing free trials.

We got a pretty sweet sign up bonus for meeting minimum spend. It didn't get processed automatically since the charges that got us over the minimum officially posted just after the deadline, but customer support helped sort this out and the sign up offer was received as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like that I can't add multiple employees to the same trip. Have to create a separate trip entry for every employee. Makes it harder to keep track of and analyze expenses from particular business trips as a whole.

Setting up eveyrthing so that transactions are all pushed to your accounting software properly is a bit confusing, but this might just be on me since I'm not an accountant/bookkeeper myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business credit cards without personal guarantee required.
Processing reimbursements.

Massive time savings and easy to use

  • October 10, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to generate infinite cards with unique names, the issue and approval process, as well as the ability to manage expense reports. Having unique names makes tracking refunds from our vendors (who refuse to add confirmation info to their addenda) a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our prior process were so terrible in comparison I can't think of a single thing that went down in quality when we switched to Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking refunds from vendors, having a PO system that ties to the actual purchase. We no longer have to compile lists of refunds and call vendors to track them to a specific booking.

What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly, Ramp makes every process when it comes to bill payments and credit card transactions easier. I couldn't believe that it took me less than 10 minutes to connect Ramp to NetSuite. Usually, it takes at least a week to integrate two different systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like it is too good to be true but it is truly the most user-friendly system I have seen in twenty years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency when it comes to credit card transactions and bill payments, everything is seen in real-time

What do you like best about the product?
the integration with QuikBooks is seamless and 100% accurate
What do you dislike about the product?
THere is nothing that I don't like about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BEing able to allocate spend to differnet cards, but having all the expesnes gathered under one account (not having to reconcile separate cards) is a life saver for me. The workflow for bill approval and payment is also critical.

NetSuite - Best Corporate Card and Platform!

  • October 06, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The administrator interface is easy. NetSuite integration is seamless and naturally imports your custom fields to be used if needed. I cannot believe how easy every step towards going live has been. If I had had the time to focus on it for an entire workday, I would have been able to get the whole launch done for going live in that time frame. I cannot say enough about how seamless it is with NetSuite. I have never experienced an integration this easy. The user interface is top-notch! My entire company is so happy with this change. I'm actually getting calls to thank me for getting them ramp cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I like everything about ramp credit cards and user admin/user interface so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing with NetSuite and populating the correct fields for reporting. Amazing! The custom workflows in Ramp are very easy to setup and figure out. They work great!
