Ramp is a valuable, intuitive business expense management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp customer support is top notch, the interface is intuitive and the feature set is rich and expanding. Implementing the program with Ramp was quick and painless. Administration of both physical and virtual cards is effortless and the reporting capabilities and dashboards are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any issues to date that have not been quickly addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expediting expense management and employee travel expense management

THE FACT THAT MY EXPENSES ARE THERE REAL TIME IS A GREAT HELP

Clean UI, easy to use, sync to NetSuite and quickbooks

not anything i can think of right now. Maybe to further expand on the vendor management feature

Great platform - easy to use and implement
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, clean integration with accounting platforms, and very low pain reimbursement and documentation for employees. It makes spend and tracking seamless, even with multiple transactions daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is annoying that there is no easy way to see Ramp's sync history with accounting platforms. Also, the app lacks very many administrative features. It is great for users, but as an admin I'm tethered to my computer to make meaningful changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid and easy credit card program with integrations to accounting software. Easy expense reimbursement.

It's allowing us to automate our spending and categorization which is saving our AP and managers time.
Great Customer Service, Controls, and Efficient Financial Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is great, if any issues your success manager will step in and help resolve. Very hands on approach and feel like they really care about your business not only you running spend through the platform.
The platform seems to be build with the user in mind (we need for MEC, spend management to ensure vendors aren't billing above contractual pricing, etc).
Employees were able to get up to speed and adopt platform relatively quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
learning curve for bill pay and other features is longer than I'd like.
making bulk changes is very difficult, would be nice to export to excel, make updates then reimport into the platform to ensure the books tie to ramp (right now we make changes/corrections in excel as it's much faster than in the platform). I know it's vogue to have users stay in software, but this would be a huge help.

Expense management / streamline expense financial reporting and vendor/spend management

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to spend and keep track of expense reporting. No snowballs coming after a few months, ramp helps you keep things organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Very few software products deliver on their marketed benefits, but we have saved a lot of time and money by using Ramp. I dreaded migrating over from Brex, but it was an extremely seamless and easy process. Their Sales / customer support has been stellar.
Now I go in maybe once a month or so to check in on our reporting and to see if there are savings opportunities.
The integrations with mobile (receipt pics) and Google (auto-receipt capture) are massive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not many things I can complain about. One nice-to-have would be better search on the web app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp was primarily added to provide our company with an expense/spend management solution. The main benefits are its ease of use, efficacy, controls, and cost savings identification.
Happy with Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
It's been easy to use and manage our cards. Taking care of reimbursements through Ramp has allowed us to streamline that process as well. A couple of clicks and the cash back reward is applied to our balance. It's nice, everything just works the way it should.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using ramp for about 4 months now, and there are no major complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of our credit cards and reimbursements is easier, and the insight into what has been spent and where is simple.
Cuts down my workload
What do you like best about the product?
It compiles all expenses in one place and alerts me to what is missing before they should be imported to my books. Integration with my bookkeeping software makes importing a breeze. The cash back is also a nice perk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our expenses require a journal entry to assign to multiple customers, I'm still working on how to do that. We are just getting stared with Ramp, employees are still getting used to their required tasks, like uploading receipts and adding memos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collection of receipts and approvals is handled by Ramp, including emailing employees to remind them of missing items. AP automation is great, once a bill is entered and approved Ramp schedules the payment to go out by the due date.
