What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how easy and straightforward Ramp is to use. It has made the process of payment management and receipt submissions incredibly seamless, which works really well for my needs. I appreciate that it's not only super easy, but also reliable in handling our financial transactions. Setting up Ramp for my team was super easy and efficient because everyone received their card quickly and could log in without issues to start registering expenses effortlessly. Registering each payment is a breeze as I can simply upload a receipt, add a little note, and that's it. The entire experience with Ramp has been truly awesome, leading me to confidently recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes experience issues with Ramp's login functionality, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the app doesn’t display more than one card, which limits my ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp for payment management, making receipt submission easy and efficient. It's super easy and reliable for managing expenses, allowing simple registration of each payment with receipt uploads.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Ramp automatically takes receipts and turns them into reimbursements, which significantly streamlines the financial management process for me. I appreciate the ease and efficiency with which I can set approvals for employee expenses, offering a seamless experience in managing operational costs. The ability to manage bills and handle accounting integrations with such simplicity enhances my productivity, allowing me to bypass the need for a bookkeeper. The integration with QuickBooks is particularly beneficial, making it easier to handle my business accounting tasks within a unified platform. Additionally, the setup process was fairly simple, despite being slightly involved when configuring the integration with QuickBooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Ramp is not always the most intuitive, and it can be somewhat overwhelming at first. Improved onboarding videos specifically tailored for small business owners without an accounting background would be beneficial. Additionally, setting up integrations, such as with QuickBooks, was a bit involved and could be smoother.

I use Ramp to manage bills and integrate accounting, eliminating the need for a bookkeeper. It automates receipts into reimbursements and streamlines employee expense approvals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the automated features of Ramp, especially since they save me and our employees a significant amount of time when uploading receipts and categorizing transactions for purchases. This feature is particularly beneficial for the operations and accounting department as it alleviates a lot of the workload. I also love how clean and user-friendly the interface is, which makes it incredibly straightforward for new employees to familiarize themselves with Ramp. This aspect is crucial for our nonprofit organization as it facilitates an efficient onboarding process. Additionally, the ease with which Ramp connects to our bank account for bill pay and reimbursements adds to the convenience. The tutorial videos provided were very easy to follow, contributing to Ramp being extremely easy to set up. Finally, the cash-back rewards empower us to stretch our dollars and give back to our staff, which is crucial in the nonprofit realm. I am so impressed with Ramp that I frequently recommend it to others.

I would like Ramp to improve its mileage reimbursement feature by allowing multiple trips to be logged at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Expense management, reimbursement, mileage, spend accounts, and cards are all crazy easy to use and implement. We use it everyday and I'm working on getting other organizations that I'm a part of into the Ramp world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buy in from management and reports - they feel like it's too good to be true.

All our numerous departments and employees all need different expense accounts and dollar amounts. Ramp orchestrates this beautifully and makes our lives immensly easier.

I love how Ramp makes managing expenses effortless, particularly for travel expenses, saving me from the previously tedious task of retaining and submitting paper receipts. I appreciate the streamlined process where I can resolve expense tasks within two minutes, enhancing my efficiency significantly. As soon as I receive a receipt, Ramp sends a reminder to submit it, which only requires a quick text response with a picture. This functionality arrives at the precise moment needed, minimizing my effort and time, which feels intuitive and exceptionally well-timed. Every time I use it I'm stunned and grateful at the ease of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sorry. I can't think of anything I dislike! It's nearly perfect.

I find Ramp makes managing expenses effortless. Instead of keeping all receipts, I text a picture, which makes the entire process fast and easy, clearing tasks within 2 minutes.

I love the ease of use and flexibility that Ramp offers, allowing me to make changes on the fly, such as easily turning on and off features as needed. This is incredibly valuable when managing employee access, as I can quickly add or remove access for employees when they come and go. I also appreciate the ability to provision new team members efficiently, empowering them to make purchasing decisions without delays. The setup process was super easy, and we were able to get up and running very quickly, which made the transition smooth. Overall, these features contribute significantly to more efficient financial management and enhanced operational control within our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult when we lose a receipt because the manual override is set for receipts to be required, and this locks the cards. The process to override this, when a receipt is lost, is cumbersome and requires a significant amount of effort.

Ramp simplifies expense tracking and document collection, speeding up book closure. It offers ease of use by enabling quick access changes for employees and empowering purchasing decisions, which enhances operational efficiency.

This flexibility is incredibly beneficial for our operations. Another excellent aspect is that Ramp is a free option, which is incredibly cost-effective and works perfectly for our small nonprofit organization. Additionally, the platform’s integration with QuickBooks Online is smooth and efficient, saving us significant time and effort. Overall, its intuitiveness and efficiency stand out, streamlining our credit card reconciliation and bill payment tasks effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to create categories for expenses similarly to how you can create trips. The current options feel more limited - e.g., I wish I could easily mark charges that are reimbursable by a partner organization

No Problems At All, If You Do Have A Problem They Will Defiantly Work With You To Resolve It Easily.
