Easy for managing and approving spend as well as categorizing into your P&L

What do you dislike about the product?
Figuring out how to turn off repeat notifications when an invoice back-up for spend is not submitted - many vendors no longer providing it directly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to create virtual cards for both spend with vendors and T&E (offsite, trip spend) to manage expense and categorize it quickly to the right GL account.
Efficient and growing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Love the Billpay platform and ease of issuing spend
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates and customization for emails and Netsuite syncs can make it difficult at times without being able to Customize
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual invoice payments and avoids any duplicate payments and wrong bank accounts that would normally be done manually.
Every business should have ramp
What do you like best about the product?
We switched from Bill.com and there are a few things I love about ramp:
- Ease of use: the UX is incredibly easy to navigate
- Getting the team set up! It was easy to get everyone in, even our accountants
- Customer service is always so helpful, even when there aren't features that are offerred currently, they'll provide work arounds or let you know when that feature is offered.
-I'm able to choose the accounting date when syncing to our accounting software. This is a big one, especially for accrual accounting. It saves so much time.
-Our billing/receipt/all accounting flows just so much easier because it's so much easier to get the context of what the charge was, and if I don't know, the comments or reminders in ramp allow me to follow up with the team.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are only two things I wish I could change about Ramp:
-I wish you could set the time zone and time for cards with daily limits to reset. Currently it's in UTC which can be tricky when we use it for team onsites since it doesn't coincide with when we're using the cards.
-I wish you could designate someone on the team as a "travel planner" to automatically be able to book travel and manage trips for everyone. Currently, a user can log in and designate someone individually to do this, but it would be helpful to take away this step (especially for C-level users who usually don't have the time to log in and do this).

It allows us to control spending so much more as well as automate a lot of our otherwise very timely accounting processes. In a small start up like ours, it's so important to have a software like Ramp that allows us to have that control and minimize the amount of time we're spending on the processes.
Great move to switch to RAMP!
What do you like best about the product?
Our users love it - they are done once they submit their items. They no longer have to save receipts until the monthly report is due. As the Admin, I love that it integrates and syncs with our accounting software so quickly, it is an immediate benefit for department heads looking at their reporting. I also have set up workflows so that employees only see their relative GL department codes. Our external audit team likes the review processing that happens in the 'background'. The employees' expenses are reviewed and approved by department heads. The initial setup was easy and the online support and call-in support folks are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are relatively new using RAMP, so I am still learning how to access reporting. Statement reconciliations were a challenge at first, but that process is improving. I would like the time a request for an employee card and the time until it is delivered to be quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is that our users are required to submit receipt picture, GL coding and short memo line, and that there are text and email reminders nudge the user to submit those items. We have much better compliance with this issue. Previously, they would lose receipts because there was such a time delay.
Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has the ability to safe so much time. Instead of monthly expense report and waiting for receipts, it is done right away. Makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything that I really dislike. Sometimes receipts get a little blurred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is saving time and money. I am able to invoice faster because I get the receipts faster.
Ramp is an absolute game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, intuitive, frees up my time as an admin as users are breezing through their transactions real time with minimal assitance from me. We've closed our books 3 days earlier as I am not waiting for users to complete their charges. Really easy to implement and train. In fact I don't even train anymore, just hand out the flyer and users are on it. We use it everyday and it was extremely easy to integrate. Took less than a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found one yet, and plan to Ramp it up with contracts and bill pay in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to close the month sooner and less training, management of users. Ease of use just makes it a breeze for our employees
Time Saving & Cash Back
What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Ramp. Iuse Ramp daily. They are constantly upgrading and making improvements, It is very user friendly. I love that I can export into Quickbooks instead of handkeying everything like I was doing prior to Ramp. I love that I can download a zip file that contains all of the receipts at one time. I love that I can send reminders with just a click. I recommend it to everyone. Some staff were a little hesistant when we impleted Ramp, but now they love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled when first using it. Doing things like setting work flows and creating differenet reports. The only downside for me is there are individual statements. I have to create them from a master list of charges. Sometimes my exports fail when importing them into QuickBooks, not sure exactly why, but I did talk to a Ramp rep about it and they said it was an issue that they were working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I stated previously, my main issue is with exports that fail either partially or completely. Ramp said they were aware of the issue and are working to fix it.
Time saving, simple to use software.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate, quick customer service, so many useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
As they are trying to improve the system (which is great) the layout does change fairly often but its easy to navigate but I do like consistency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all Credit Card expenses in one place where each cardholder is responsible of uploading their own receipts and their own memos without having to keep track of bank statements and an excel sheet. All the information is in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp saves time by not having to fill out traditional expense reports, money by spending less time tracking everything and entering it and keeps our team on track with budgeting and receipt collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was a little easier to find where your rewards are in your account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Ramp we spent a lot of time tracking down team members that did not submit receipts, with Ramp we have much less of that. We also spent a lot of time filling out expense reports, submitting them, entering the expenses, etc. Ramp does all of that collection now and we just approve.
I have recommended Ramp to other non-profits.

I really enjoy the dashboard, which is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow to process and update when reviewing transactions.

I can issue credit cards to my board members.
