What do you like best about the product?
The program is very user friendly as it is easy to use, it has efficient user facing features such as coding from the accounting page instead of having to click into the transaction, the communication with cardholders is simple with flagging and requesting repayments, and the AI is great for receipt matching and memorized coding. I can't wait to see what upgrades are they put into place in the near future.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside to Ramp is the limitations syncing repayments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Ramp to help with expense management with our team across the US, the receipts and requirements we are able to build into the program along with suspending card usage after a certain time period those policy requirements are not met has been extremley helpful in keeping our expenses montiored on a timely basis.
Easy to use expense management software!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! It's intuitve and makes it easy for me to manage company wide expenses. In addition, our employees find it easy to upload receipts and use thier virtual company cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I dislike anything, but I don't know the whole platform yet. It's robust and there is a lot to learn!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's make expense management so smooth. No manual spreadsheets for me... Ramp really takes care of everything, which is so nice!
Setup is easy. Record keeping is great.
What do you like best about the product?
The receipt gathering feature and the csv statement option
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the column data on the statement spreadsheet is a little redundant, but nothing that can't be worked around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monthly reconciliation of all the staff credit cards is much more streamlined. I have all the records I need to code their expenses properly. All of this has saved me 2.5 hours of work.
Quick and efficient expense management
What do you like best about the product?
The receipt auto verification is the best thing about Ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of a downside at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to utilize a better platform than Concur without any cost. The direct card integration with the platform is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Easy to finish credit card transactions with reciept matching through text message. Insight into spending for control purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
Bill pay is still lacking some functionality to make it competive against AP processors like bill.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all things AP in one place, and making it simple to complete complex tasks
Ramp is a life saver once optimized and integrated with your accounting and banking interfaces.
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has significant flexibility for Partners and make it an ideal platform for client services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp has some room to grow with the interface integrattion and import of current vendor contacts in QBO and Xero. They are working on it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making workflow and control easy for CPAs, Accountants, and Business Advisors.
Highly recommend RAMP
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like the most is the time that is saved by the accounting department reconciling our credit card transacions. They all come through RAMP and then to our accounting software and tons of time has been saved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found something to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our AP clerk spent hours pulling together all the purchase requests that made up our former credit card charges. We no longer have to do that now.
We only had five business cards in the past and that caused issues that we aren't having now that we have issued more cards through Ramp.
We haven't fully utilized the expense reimbursement portion of RAMP but I have used it and feel like it will save our employees and managers a lot of time once we get it implemented for expense reimbursements.

vERY EASY TO USE AND KEEP TRACK OF YOUR SPENDING
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload a copy of your reciept and then process it for accounts payable
What do you dislike about the product?
Our crews work outside and the downloads don't always go through and need to be repeated a couple times.

Amazingly simple interface and yet feature-rich with everything you need on the platform
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of useful features. Intuitive to use. Customer support is generally very knowleageable and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it's frustrating as customer support isn't keen on resolving problems via zoom at all, but sometimes an issue can be addressed or at least conveyed much easier and faster via zoom versus writing it all out. Instead there's tons of back and forth describing with emails when a 5-10min call can resolve or conveyed. This is one of the things I wish ramp support would be more open to.
The other thing that's lacking about ramp is when it comes to international employees and reimbursements. Each time I've used it, it's a huge hassle, and the conversion rates is extremely frustrating even if the employee enters the amount in USD it somehow still ignores the USD field.
ps - to the ramp CS comment below - I am referring to a ZOOM CALL, A VIDEO CALL where screenshare can be done. I'm NOT talking about a phon call.

Accounts payable is much more streamlined now with the help of ramp. It's also easy to see spending on a more granular level. Issuing virtual cards is a breeze. Overall, it has helped us save time as well as gives a better handle on our spending.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy cashback with no tricks and very helpful system to organize and process expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be overcomunicative. Also Visa card benefits should be more clear on the Ramp platform.

Easily categorize and auto-approve expenses.
