Overall Decent Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibilty to spin up cards, cancel cards, and add users. Overall easy layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not the best. The team seems to reply with canned responses that you can find on the website. Would be nice to be able to trouble shoot with a person versus a copied and pasted response. Also, response time is inaquediate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to pay vendors quickly and have the proper approval thresholds in place.
Ramp makes my job easier
What do you like best about the product?
As the accounts payable rep at a small school, Ramp has made my life easier by streamlining the document capture process. Our support rep is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a few aesthetic mechanical glitches getting worked out. When I enter numbers, they get entered backwards sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is taking us into the 21st century as it comes to payments. It's giving us access to our money in ways we didn't expect when we signed up for the credit card.
Ramp allows us to upload all charges directly into our GL software.

The Website navigation could be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for expense verification and integration with accounting software. This eliminates duplication of work. Documenting purchases is much easier for card users as it's in real time with many options on uploading receipts timely.

Ability to contrtol spend and increase efficiency of both our card users and accounting.

I wish it had better adhoc reporting capabilities.

1) Allows us to control spend and what is required to support Ramp Card purchases.
2) Allows Ramp Card users to efficiently upload and provide requirted support for their purchases. Alsos allows use visibility into thier spend.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy and intuitive. They also have great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is just a little clunky, but nothing that can't inhibits you from doing what you need to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use. Ramp is way better than using any big name credit card provider.

Almost impossible to find anything wrong in the ramp CC

attaching receipts and getting more info from the user in the memo helps a lot.
Ramp is a great solution for our business to have better insights/ control over our spending network

The ease of creating and assigning new cards, phsyical and virtual, and having limits/budgets to effectively control our spending habits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Ramp is some of the limitations as far as invoice processing and syncing those invoices back into our ERP system. It didn't quite work the way we need for our company.

Oversight over our Practice Manager's spending, utilizing budgets, and being able to properly classify expeneses.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great idea in theory. It is easy to use and simple to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful about Ramp is that they set an amount that you are able to use up front. Then it changes and gets smaller as your bank account gets smaller. We are are a small company and our account goes up and down frequently. We started using Ramp because we thought it would help bridge the gap between deposits and expenditures. Another thing I don't like is that instead of taking payments like a credit card does, they take the entire payment out every month. We would have been better off with a regular credit card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is not solving any problem for us right now. The way it works is not a benefit to us.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Only a few accounting softwares integrate -- Would love if Prologue can integrate
- Possible better storage for invoice pictures - having them all in one area to look up.
- Limited amount of user settings (employee, bookeeper, etc) that have pre-determined controls in place -- would be nice to have access to edit what each user can/cannot view
- Transactions page is overwhelming - would be nice to have a filter option

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used manual checks for our accounts payable process which was time-consuming, expensive (postage, check paper, printer ink), they would frequenty get lost in the mail which made our payments late, and some of our vendors do not even take paper checks anymore. This is also a lot more user-friendly then our accounting software - which is how our checks were processed.

Hooking POs properly has been a struggle but I am working through it.

Ramp is benefiting us in Spend Management. It is easy to see transactions right away
