Ramp is the best.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, lots of automations, works well with teams that need different permissions and very easy to set things up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. Maybe just more FX capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates spend, makes reimbursement easier, helps track expenses in more detail.
Ramp - streamlined our corporate credit card process
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Ramp is that it has made our corporate credit card process so much smoother and easier for all involved. The cardholders love the ease of use and being able to see and code their transactions right away. As an admin, being able to hold individuals responsible for their charges and prompt them (remind them) to finish coding or adding the backup is great and just a touch of a button. The Ramp site helps keep it all organized and the implementation was extremely easy! There are so many features available that we are excited to be able to also be able to replace our previous invoice and expense report software. We use it daily and love that it syncs to quickly and easily to our accounting ERP (NetSuite).
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything so far that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our prior corporate card process was very time consuming and very messy. Tracking down people for their receipts was a nightmare. Ramp has solved all of this for us.
Amazing spending management and corporate card platform
What do you like best about the product?
There is an immense amont of flexibility and funcitonality on Ramp. You can just send employees their own credit cards or build out complex spending programs and restrictions to engage non-employees like volunteers and board members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost too many features. It can be a bit overwhelming if you don't know what you are doing.

RAMP Does Everything They Advertise
What do you like best about the product?
The system is user friendly with a nice updated UI. The support team is super attentive (Amber Petty is awesome to work with). I have no real compliants, ADP and ERP connections work flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real compliants. We often give suggestions to the RAMP team which they actually use to improve their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RAMP gives us a platform to manage employee spend as well as expensing programs. A central location for employees and managers to collaborate on budgets.
A Card that I can recommend to all my friends and foes
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is very much of a user friendly and has a better customer support, frequescy of use is which I use very regularly. There are number of features that is of help for a regular business and the is eary to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
None for now as I have not faced any issue as such.

It is user friendly and easy to invite any user within the organization.
Grateful for RAMP
What do you like best about the product?
RAMP takes what used to be a long and arduous process and has turned it into something simple. I no longer need to take hours going over all the credit card receipts and matching things up; our employees simply take a photo of their receipt, add their account designation and memo, and violá! The employees also process their mileage and reimbursements on the RAMP App. It's so easy! It has also been my experience that when I've emailed Ramp someone gets back to me promptly. Thank you RAMP!
What do you dislike about the product?
It only has a small learning curve for some of our employees who aren't as well versed at using their phones. But this has not been a deterrent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping to streamline our expenses so we can see in real-time what is being spent on what and where.

What do you like best about the product?
It is virtual and very flexible. The cash back feature is makes the product use an easy business decision. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of ease to connect to customer service by phone. I am getting used the chat customer support feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Ramp I can control the company spend when issuing specific virtual credit cards for vendors or events. Since we work in a virtual office environment, Ramp facilitates issuing cards for payment in a very easy and expedient way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the following feature the best:
- Digital cards: we issued our employees digital cards for our last offsite that had their per diem already included which meant not having to deal with hours worth of reimbursements.
- Spend program: we use their spend program for our marketing spend, very easy to create an approval structure and rules.
- Bill payment: We use bill payment very often within our org for multiple vendors for both international and domestic.

What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbooks Integration: The QB integration is strong, but it could be better. Particularly with reimbursements -- Ramp's philosophy is that when a company decides to trigger the reimbursement that is now the "Bill Date" aka the day/month the transaction gets recorded in Ramp. We however, recognize that the date the user purchased the good is the Bill date not the other way around -- however there is no way to customize this logic and creates extra work for me when handling reimbursements.
Customer Service: Also good, but not great -- they have gotten back to me at odd times when I'm not working.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving Software management costs, reimbursements, vendor management and at times payroll. This is huge for us since we are a small start up, Ramp is acting as additional headcount.
Loving Ramp so far!
What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy the 1.5% cash back, as well as the mobile feature and easy accounting functions. We have yet to start Bill Pay but we love it so far! And our implementation lead is always availabe when we need her, as well as support. I they can't answert your question then accounting or our lead can.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not supre intuitive, although it appears t obe when yo ufirst start using it - but watch out small businesses! haha, it is quite sophistocatred, and as such you must have a basic knowledge of accounting. But still great!

Ramp - a streamlined user friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user experience when using Ramp. It is very straightforward with logical placement of everything I need. It is also a one-stop shop for everything we need which has allowed us to simplify. AND Ramp integrates into our accounting software like a dream - we can reconcile everything in Ramp and it syncs over done. Love that.
What do you dislike about the product?
A minor issue but when using bill pay you cannot have vendors directly email their invoices to the Ramp provided email address. You can set up an automatic forwarding system but it was nice to have a separate email for invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping us eliminate more costly softwares - we went from three separate systems down to one.
