Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to upload all my receipts. The UI is clean, and everything is organized. My favorite feature has to be the notifications only because it helped keep me on top of receipt upload deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app UI can use some work, but it gets the job done overall. Additionally, I don't feel the texting ramp has been the most effective. It never accepts my receipts, so I have to manually upload them via the web or the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spent less time manually handling my budgets in documents because all the information I need is in Ramp. All in all, it's helped with better spend management.
Simple to setup and use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly, so those who use Ramp and Ramp cards only have positive things to say about the experience. And as an admin, I also like how smooth the process is for getting setup, managing the cards and payments, and finding what I need on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where some things are on the site is not always intuitive. For example, I was trying to figure out how to apply the cashback, which is not easy to discover on my own. Thankfully, the Help pages on Ramp's website are extremely helpful and answer almost all my questions, so I was able to locate it after using a Help page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a company card to issue to employees who travel for the company, and after looking at other products, Ramp seemed to provide the most and charge the least for it. So that is the primary reason that brought us to Ramp, and it has been great for that so far.
Good interface and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the interface is easy to use, the colors and font are comfortable, it's fast and allows me to pay on multiple platforms or stores.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I've had errors being outside the tab and when I make payments it usually gives an error, so I have to keep an eye on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better interface and speed

Ease of use, fast transactions, camera-ready receipts.

Honestly nothing to disclike. So far so good.

I don't have to go through the process of using my personal cards and hence less transactional issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has made my life so much easier. Filling out expenses has always been a pain to me. But, with Ramp I am able to match expenses to my receipts in gmail and that has been a life saver. I also love how ramp texts me right away, so it helps me remember to immediately submit a receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about ramp! The one thing is that sometimes the card locks if you don't submit a receipt in time, but it will easily unlock once it's ready.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the problem of forgetting to submit expenses and keeping track of receipts. Their technology allows me to not get bogged down by too many expenses and proactively file them.

What do you like best about the product?
It was straight forward to get approved and then from there to set clear expense policies that allowd us to automate compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The manual nature of activating cards once we receive them in the mail. I wish there was an API or bulk creation / activation tool. Activating 100 cards one by one was a slog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SCALE is a non-profit volunteer run event which is staffed by 100+ volunteers each year. We needed an easy way to cover our volunteers meals and other expenses while they join us for the event. We configured ramp with our policies on how volunteer per-diems could be used (eg spend categories) and to their work schedules. This allowed us to reduce paperwork around reimbursements as well as ensures staff/volunteers are clear on what categories of spend we will cover.

What do you like best about the product?
The bulk upload of receipts that automatically populate into separate expenses. It is truly an amazing tool that saves so much time and effort. I have never experienced such a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that there is much I don't like about Ramp, sometimes the different expense types can be overwhelming but I think that has more to do with my company's setup than Ramp itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually submitting receipts and expenses is a tedious and slow process, but not so with Ramp. This software has helped me so much with submitting multiple expenses (especially after a work trip) using the bulk receipt upload.

What do you like best about the product?
It matches receipts, stores them online, and allows for easy coding of expenses. The setup and reporting is pretty intuitive. The auto-coding rules for expenses that assign GL accounts based on employee department or product type can be very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp could be better if they had live chat or phone customer service. They respond within a day to emails, but don't include your original email in the response, making it confusing. They could also improve the system further by adding the function of approvals only for purchases over a certain dollar amount. For non-profits, it would also be nice if they had the ability to automatically read the receipt for sales tax and code it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is matching and saving our credit card receipts online, preventing lost receipts and makes it easy to look them up later. It also simplifies the process of coding them to GLs.
Getting into the groove with RAMP
What do you like best about the product?
Once we got over the initial set up we have found RAMP easy and convenient to use. We like the cash back! We like the notification reminders to attach receipts. We like the user friendly portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process took longer than expected and we do need to review each transaction for accuracy. Setting up rules for assigning categories as we go along will make this easier moving forward.
