Ramp saves me tons of time and hassle!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has streamlined my expense submission process. I no longer have to go through the hassle of photographing/scanning my receipts, email them in individually and track submitted expenses. When I miss a receipt, they send a handy reminder that lets me submit my receipt as a reply. There are so many easy ways to submit my receipts, and I get confirmation of recipt of my submissions almost immediately in their app, or through their online portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only bit of feedback was that getting a physical card after I had signed up for my account was not as intuitive as the rest of their offerings, however, it was quick and easy once I found the proper path.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has saved me valuable time in streamlining the expense submission and tracking process. I can focus on getting my job done instead of wasting time on reports and receipt submissions.
Ramp makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see all my teams purchases and they are able to add a memo to help with my billing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple texts in a row about entering additional info can be a bit much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They make all purchases accounted for and easy to expense
Intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is great and easy to use. It saves me more than double the time it used to when submitting reimbursements and it helps me stay organized when I have multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to organize my expenses and categorize them by project or by vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with my expenses report. It is easy to use and makes the process convenient. The payment gets approved and sent directly to my bank account and I can monitor the whole process.

Can be overwhelming number of notifications when you have a lot of expenses in a short time.

I find the most helpful thing about RAMP is the organization of expenses and the ease of submission.

There are few things I dislike about Ramp I find the platform very helpful.

I like the ease of turning in receipts and the email reminders when I forget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, I suppose our 3 day lock out, but that is imposed by our accounting team, you can adjust that in ramp as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to miss a lot of receipts and accounting had to email individuals to retrieve them. Now we can individually catch our own mistakes and accounting can spend less time.
No more manual expense reports!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the mobile app and its web interface. It's super easy to use. I love the Apple Wallet integration, which allows me to make company purchases using my phone or Apple Watch. Very convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the mobile app had more functionality. It's straightforward, but I would love to see more stuff, like statistics or a map of where I have made company purchases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to manage expenses company-wide. It also allows our company to assign credit cards on the fly, assign expend policies, and automatically generate expense reports.

Love how much time it saves using the app!

The internet version had some bugs early on in my use, but they seem to be fixed now!

The ease of submitting my expenses for reimbursement. Saves so much time compared to the old way of submitting expenses for reimbursement.
Huge receipt time saver
What do you like best about the product?
If I forget to submit a receipt, then ramp reminds me and notifies to do so. Also, it's super easy to attach a receipt since it auto connects the receipt to the purchase. It's so nice!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I haven't found a downside other than I can't use the same phone number for multiple ramp accounts since I work for two different companies that use Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I have ADHD, it helps me keep track of my spending and receipts, which is very beneficial! If I forget to import a receipt, it reminds me and I'm able to stay on top of everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy reimbursement, Ramp automatically populates the required filled once you uploaded the receipt
What do you dislike about the product?
None I can think of. Very nice platform for reimbursement
