Easy to get started and powerful spending management tools!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the virtual cards and easy accounting integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account spending limits move with your bank account, so when things get lean, you need to have a plan B that offers some "float" time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cards for all team members that are company-owned and not tied to individual credit profiles.
Unreal Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp provides a multitude of different ways to quickly upload receipts and document expense notes. Whether by forwarding through email, text, or quick upload to the app, all of my expense logs take 60 seconds or less.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of a single thing... I've tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to let receipts pile up until the end of the month because the tool we were using before Ramp took too much time in the moment to complete during my busy daily schedule while traveling 50% of the year. Now I can easily upload a receipt and document the expense in less than 60 seconds, right after I make a purchase. This saves me SO MUCH TIME and headache.
Ramp has simplified our systems and we will never go back!
What do you like best about the product?
The way the transactions sync with the app. The UI is so smooth and immediate. After about 6 months of using Ramp, we have yet to find a single transaction that didn't process correctly from the original purchase all the way through the integration with Quickbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that sometimes the automation of pulling receipts from Gmail or Amazon doesn't happen. We tend to make multiple purchases on a single day from Amazon, and something between Ramp and the way Amazon processes the purchases doesn't always connect. I believe this is more of an issue with Amazon, but the error happens inside Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We joined Ramp after our admin left without warning. Ramp allowed us to reduce the admin responsibilities by over 20 hours per week and it doesn't cost us anything. We are saving thousands in labor and actually being paid by Ramp through their cashback program. I cannot express how grateful I am for Ramp and what it has brought to our organization. Complete gamechanger.

I like the visibility of company expenses and the ease of managing corporate credit cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support team is a bit slow to respond to requests.

Highly Recommend Ramp!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is an amazing platform! Our team switched to Ramp in March, and we have been nothing but impressed with the simplicity of using this platform. Syncing to Quickbooks rather than having to complete expense reports is one of my favorite features, not to mention that the mobile app is very straightforward to use. If you are thinking of making the switch, do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, we don't dislike anything about the Ramp system. The only minor inconvenience is using the authenticator app every time you sign-up, but it is nice that they take their security so seriously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of syncing expenses to Quickbooks without having to do a report. Additionally, being able to capture receipts on your phone and instantly code and upload them.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Having the app right on my phone to upload my reciepts is very convenient instead of holding on and trying to try to upload when it's time. I love the real time. The approval flow and reminders are great tools are beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that comes to mind that i dislike about Ramp

A Phenomenal Timesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Receipt capture, NetSuite sync, Bill Pay, Unlimited Virtual cards, Multi-Entity usage
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to find any dislikes, as this has been an absolute game-changer for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We spent hours upon hours matching receipts to our old credit card statements and then even more hours coding them. We can now do all of that within the Ramp Platform.
Expenses, Bill Pay, and Corporate Credit Cards in one Place, Easy to Use and FREE Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy for admins to set up and maintain! They are constantly making improvements and making the platform even more user-friendly! Our employees keep telling us how much they Ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to sort the draft invoices in the bill pay platform; we can only filter them. I am sure Ramp will add the feature on soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be able to use Departments and our previous system would not synch the departments with Quickbooks online.
Simple and Easy Employee Credit Card Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the system enforces the receipt requirements. We get 100% compliance every month and don't have any issues posting expenses to our accounting platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still waiting for an Android app. The SMS management sometimes doesn't associate info correctly. The IoS app is great and solves the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp gathers all of the info from my employees and makes the accounting functions easy.
I honestly don't know how I would manage our company's spending without Ramp.
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it possible to manage my (very small) company's spending, budgeting, and basic bookkeeping tasks without a team of accountants. I use Ramp every day to purchase goods and stay on top of my bookkeeping.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to find much to dislike about Ramp. But I still find the navigation sidebar confusing sometimes. There are a lot of categories and subcategories to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows us to manage spending with a very small team (1 person). It makes the job of tracking, controlling, and properly accounting for expenses so much easier. The Quickbooks integration is a huge help.
