What do you like best about the product?
I like how Ramp makes submitting and tracking expenses easy for me. The intuitive design and app features really stand out, making submissions easier. I also appreciate the camera function attached to the app. The initial setup was easy, and I highly value these aspects in my experience with Ramp.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Ramp is easy to use, especially when it comes to using the card and submitting reimbursements. The initial setup was quick, which made the transition smooth. I also switched to Ramp for easier use, which has been a positive change for my business expenses and travel expenses for work.

Effortless Expense Management for Field Teams Nationwide

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has made it much easier for our company to manage credit card transactions throughout the US. As a repair and maintenance business with technicians working in the field nationwide, we’ve found that Ramp allows our project manager teams to monitor and control project expenses in real time. This system also empowers our technicians to focus on their work without unnecessary interruptions. Previously, they had to call in for approvals and use an outdated purchase order process, which slowed everything down and made it harder to serve our customers efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin for our account, I create the expense policies and full setup on the account. These settings and navigating back to certain things aren't always intuitive. We do not have the Ramp plus account as that is a bit expensive for a small company like ours with tight margins, I do wish the fee was smaller for the Ramp plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have improved efficiency in the field by minimizing downtime for our field technicians and project managers. Additionally, the system provides greater transparency and convenience throughout the organization when it comes to tracking expenses related to billable work, helping us ensure that we invoice our customers for as much as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Ramp to be the most intuitive and easy-to-use platform in its space, especially compared to all its competitors. I love that it is free for business operations, making it great as this service is usually a cost center. From a user experience side, no one in this space even comes close. I am impressed with the speed at which the Ramp team rolls out new features. The initial setup was easy peezy, lemon squeezy.

Nothing and it only gets better.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and easy to understand. It's very helpful for small business like ours to track our expenses and bills in one spot and not to worry about business account being jeopardized. In addition, the level of customer service we received is beyond our expectations. Everyone has been very helpful in guiding us.

I'm not sure there is anything I dislike at the moment,

The ability to have a credit card to use for daily operations and expenses. It keeps all these in one spot without mixing it with what the activities we have in our business account.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use with multiple avenues of providing info like email, text, app, or website. I use it pretty consistently and have enjoyed all of it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system needs strong internet to work for the app/website. I really don't have any major dislikes.

It has helped resolve our spend tracking and slotting it into the appropriate areas for finance purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Ramp, I can book my travels, stay at hotels for work, and pay for meals and all work-related expenses. It's pretty good. I also find it pretty cool that once you get used to it, it's easy to manage with step-by-step guidance and clear, straightforward filters. Overall, it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing

I use Ramp for managing time and expenses to stay on top of everything, especially with work travel. It's a good app for booking travel, staying at hotels, and handling work-related expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
I specifically like the user interface of Ramp because it makes it very easy for all departments to use. Its integration with NetSuite is fantastic and it automates tedious mapping, which makes for an easier monthly close. The initial setup of Ramp was very smooth, and I also appreciate how it uses credit card transactions to automatically create vendors, unlike Brex, which could only do journal entries in NetSuite. Additionally, I find the automation of all aspects of accounting very beneficial for our company transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site speed is slow. When going through hundreds of transactions, it seems the site slows down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp automates all accounting aspects and eases monthly close by handling tedious mapping, creating vendors using credit card transactions, and offering smooth NetSuite integration.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Ramp to manage my payments and company expenses when I travel, and I appreciate the visibility it provides for payment dates related to my invoices and payments. I find it easy to book hotels and flights for work trips. I really like Ramp's nice UI, as it's very easy to use. I also enjoy the mobile app, which is very good and allows me to upload tickets in real time. The initial setup was pretty simple, as it was handled by the finance team at my company. I've used Deel before, but I prefer my experience with Ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think multi-leg flights could be so good to be able to do. I think you end up spending more money booking separate flights. Plus sometimes the flights have different features, like luggage, that make it more of a hassle having to book more than one flight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps manage my payments and expenses during travel. It provides visibility of payment dates and simplifies booking hotels and flights.

Quicker, Better, Purchase Management

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to see purchases in near real time and immediately request any missing receipts is a huge improvement over our previous employee credit card system.
What do you dislike about the product?
the AI still needs some refinement when it comes to matching up receipts and memos with purchases. it can get confused when someone makes several purchases and submits the receipts and memos out of order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had a traditional credit card service for our employees, and it was always a struggle to get receipts from them, especially if purchases were made when they were out in the field. Ramp's system of messaging the cardholder for a receipt and comment immediately upon completion of the transaction has drastically reduced the number of missing receipts. Another issue with the previous card was the time it took to process the statement each month when it came time to enter the purchases into our AR/AP system; with the traditional card, it could take up to three days to get all purchases accounted for and entered. with Ramp, we are able to post purchases on a daily basis, drastically reducing the block of time required for processing the statement at the end of the statement period.
