Simple and Easy Employee Credit Card Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the system enforces the receipt requirements. We get 100% compliance every month and don't have any issues posting expenses to our accounting platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still waiting for an Android app. The SMS management sometimes doesn't associate info correctly. The IoS app is great and solves the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp gathers all of the info from my employees and makes the accounting functions easy.
I honestly don't know how I would manage our company's spending without Ramp.
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it possible to manage my (very small) company's spending, budgeting, and basic bookkeeping tasks without a team of accountants. I use Ramp every day to purchase goods and stay on top of my bookkeeping.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to find much to dislike about Ramp. But I still find the navigation sidebar confusing sometimes. There are a lot of categories and subcategories to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows us to manage spending with a very small team (1 person). It makes the job of tracking, controlling, and properly accounting for expenses so much easier. The Quickbooks integration is a huge help.
Excellent credit card/online platform
What do you like best about the product?
Receipt management. I love the ability to upload receipts. Ramp makes it easy by alerting me as soon as a transaction occurs. The 'receipt' email for forwarding email receipts is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using for about 7 months now and so far I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple cardholders in our business and reconciliations were a very manual process. We had to scan all receipts. Now we save so much time by having everything online in Ramp. Cardholders and the accounting team are all more productive.
Excellent UX and cash back
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has a very easy user interface and the cash back is awesome

The account authentication experience was less than optimal but we got it figured out

Ramp is an excellent corporate card that is free- much cheaper and better than alternatives.
Super easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface! Using it for company expenses and the wellness program we've implemented, but submitting and receiving reimbursements has been easy and quick!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment! The tool seems to have made is super easy for our company to track and monitor reimbursements for a few years now.

Tracking employee expenses to have programs and benefits like a Wellness Stipend!

Fairly Good Product with Some Small Issues
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy to use for the employees. It's very intuitive to submit receipts and coding to the correct accounting codes. It is easy to connect to our accounting system for easy exporting for financial purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Bill pay feature is hit or miss if it's working correctly. The setup can be a little complicated with setting up rules and workflows correctly. It's very hard to get ahold of anyone in support when help is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were doing our corporate card reconciliation on paper before we switched to Ramp. This has made is nearly impossible to not get reciepts and accounting coding in a timely manner. It also gives us more oversight into what purchases are being made in real time.
Ramp simplifies Corporate Cards!!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great things about Ramp. I'd say the most helpful is the receipt-capturing capabilities. All you have to do is send a picture of your receipt to a text message or email, and Ramp automatically attaches it to the transaction. I used to have to chase paper receipts, but Ramp's simplicity has helped our employees organize their own receipts, which frees up more of my time. Also, the ability to code the transactions before exporting makes my journal adjustments much more effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I could come up with is that Ramp doesn't yet integrate with our accounting system, so I still have to manually import journal entries to our system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is supporting our compliancy with receipts and policies. As I no longer have to chase everyone's receipts, I have more efficient use of my time. Also coding expenses as they come in has helped speed up the journal entry process. We can also manage and monitor our spending better and quicker.
Simple, intuitive and seamless
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is so easy to use that I didn't do any of the training and figured out all of the super admin features in about 2 days. Very intuitive, integrates with our other systems (accounting, Slack, etc.), super simple to track expenses and cards, and very scalable. I've issued cards to a bunch of employees and it takes about 60 seconds for each one, and not one person has ever had an issue with the system or a card. I never write software reviews, but I've legitimately recommended Ramp to everybody who has asked about it, and I have encouraged our private equity partner to implement it across their portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app doesn't allow me to do any admin tasks, such as issue new cards, review transactions, manage the accounting process, etc. It only lets me manage my own expenses, which is frustrating as an admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 6+ locations across 4 states, and many employees have incidentals day-to-day. Ramp gives us easy, centralized control over issuing charge cards to everybody without the hassle of a traditional credit card system.
Magnificent Tool For Every Business
What do you like best about the product?
The integration system it has, such as pulling receipts automatically from vendors like Amazon, and its easy to navigate interface. Forgot to mention it does all is in dark mode which my eyes appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature that forces you to upload a receipt for every transaction. Lost a receipt (was able to find it eventually) and the transaction kept appearing as missing item; my OCD did not like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our business keep track of our site budget and overall expenditure for regular transactions. It basically eliminates my need to keep an Excel file that keeps track of all this.
