Best Way to Enter Expenses

What do you like best about the product?
Quick, Easy, Efficient, Fun, and Intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not much to dislike about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows you to send pictures and expenses details by text which is great. It also makes integrates google maps so you don't have to calculate your mileage beforehand.

Easy and Intuitive to Use

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy and intuitive to use. The best part about Ramp is the option to submit receipts and notes on purchases through text messages. I can take a picture of the receipt and Ramp will quickly match the information to the purchase so I don't need to input any more information.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I accidentally made a purchase with the Ramp card, I quickly asked the store associate for a refund hoping that it would remove the transaction from my account. However, the accidental charge and refund were showing as separate transactions on my Ramp account, and the accidental charge is requiring a receipt and memo like it usually would. I had to take extra steps to flag the accidental charge but since the refund was in a separate transaction, it wasn't clear to our administrator that I had received a refund. Thus, more back and forth occurred where at one point I was charged for the purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the problem of keeping track of my company's spending. It is benefiting me by saving time and reducing errors that could be made by manually inputting information.

Easy to use for remote company

What do you like best about the product?
Using Ramp for our remote employees around the country is incredibly easy. We're not wasting time getting them to fill out expense reports. Instead, they can snap a photo of their receipt on their phone, send a text, and move on. This feature saves us time and makes the experience stress-free for employees and those monitoring spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there isn't much I dislike about Ramp, except that I wish I had it for my personal expense tracking too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping us save time, by having a user-friendly way to submit expenses (both via mobile and desktop). In addition, it keeps our employee spending on track with updates and warnings when you reach near your limit.

Ramp is a great expense card and bill pay app

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp integrates nicely with Netsuite which saves us a ton of time and money. The interface is simple and easy to use. It handles expense cards, bill pay and receipt matching easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not the admin for Ramp at our company so I'm sure there are some limitations but they've been great for my needs and the needs of our organization. I'd say the biggest thing I've run into is they send a lot of emails confirming the steps when you are working through bill pay approvals but that's not a huge issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solves our expense card, vendor payments/bill pay, receipt tracking and Netsuite integration. Having these all in one system saves time and creates a seamless experience.

Easy to keep track of stipend purchases as an employee

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can use Ramp for both physical and virtual purchases and that it's easy to know when I've fulfilled the requirements for my stipend policy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I'll get approval from my company to go over-budget on my stipend, and they'll have to manually override the total for one period. However, then Ramp seems to keep the total the same and not allow for the possibility of a one-time purchase, which is sort of annoying and requires some extra back and forth with my HR manager. It would be nice if this was a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to easily keep track of how I'm taking advantage of a built-in work perk (remote work stipend).

Very helpful for spends for company

What do you like best about the product?
A virtual card is beneficial in making expenses on behalf of the company. I don't need to make spends on my card anymore, and I can make spends on my company card directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It logs me out frequently, and I have to keep logging in for a few minutes. I guess that is important for us to do as it is important for security purposes, but it definitely is annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Product manager who needs to get a lot of users to attend my research sessions and incentivize them. I use Ramp to buy Amazon cards for them and don't have to reimburse

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic expense matching, I love that it already knows whats a taxable and non-taxable expense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Signing in can be difficult if I signed up with my Gmail. It usually takes me a few minutes each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp for a free employee allowance. Its nice to know the app is always up to date with my expenses and I know how much I have left to use.

Company expenses, made easy.

What do you like best about the product?
A very simple process and interface to use. I like the fact that the company credit card is paid off automatically- no worries about having to be reimubursed when using a personal card.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had was while getting fuel while on a trip. I tried to use the card at the gas pump, but it was declined and had to go into the station. I had this happen two separate occassions and wasn't over my spend limit, so not sure the exact cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes keeping up with expenses very easy and tansparent. I can quickly snap a picture of the receipt and be done with it; not having to carry it around for a week or month and wait to file an expense report. In short, saves time and reduces stress.

Expensing made easy

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp, in my opinion, is the most accessible business card software available. I have used other virtual business card companies for previous employment, but I like Ramp's UX and simplicity the most.

For work, I travel to expos, events, and conferences frequently and have to expense quite a bit before and after these long weekends. Ramp's quick approval process makes it easy to get virtual cards to pay for flights, food, etc.

I also love getting reminders through Slack to submit memos on what I need to be embursed.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be functionality I am simply missing, but I get monthly notifications to submit recipes and memos for reoccurring payments. If there isn't already, I wish there were a way to mark that as a reoccurring payment so I didn't get so many notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often need to book flights at the last minute and don't have time to wait for a physical business card. The quick approval process and instant virtual card creation saves me a lot of time and often money when it comes to booking flights.

What do you like best about the product?
Auto recognizes receipts so I don't have to break it out
What do you dislike about the product?
Having multiple cards can be confusing. I've accidentally used the wrong one before because I can't keep track of which last 4 digits belong to which card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple types of expenses and multiple people who are authorized to make those purchases. It's helpful to not have to share one card and then figure out which expense is which after the fact.
