Easy employee rollout and adoption!
What do you like best about the product?
Our employees have appreciated the change to Ramp from our previous method of coding expenses in an Excel worksheet and saving receipts to our server. They can easily attach their receipts in the app and code transactions. The GMail and Amazon Business integrations have been game changers, and the ability to sync to our accounting software easily saves us time during our month-end close.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside has been finding enough support documentation on the help page. I think a bit more assistance during the implementation stage (one-on-one) versus a group webinar would be a great benefit.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the length of time to code and import card transactions to our accounting software. Employees can now code as they make charges and I can sync to the accounting software as frequently as I like.
Easy to use and great for any type of transaction.
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of having different cards assigned with budgets and managing teams allowing them to make their purchases on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contactless payment is not accepted everywhere, not at least everywhere in Honduras.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total purchasing power is on me, of course, responsibly.
Easy to Set up, easy to use, and valuable
What do you like best about the product?
Having the transactions with rules set up to automatically upload with our QB account. Employees are prompted to upload the details of their transactions and reminded by RAMP instead of the accounting office.
What do you dislike about the product?
All seems to be going smoothly, we did try to change an auto uploaded vendor, and the system did not recognize this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and speed for monitoring transactions

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive desktop and mobile interfaces. Rapid alerts for required receipts or memos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two-factor log-n with codes sent via text messages does not work when on airplanes, which is when I like to catch up on expense submissions. Offer whatsapp as an option for two-factor login codes, which works with most airlines' wifi providers.

Amazing card and payment platform
What do you like best about the product?
We love using Ramp for the ease of use and ease with which we can track spending and pay bills. We use it to provide cards for our employees, as well as the billpay features which enhance the standard AP process. It's ability to sync directly with QBO is a huge timesaver and enhances our reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few issues with syncing to QBO, including certain vendors and any credits on our cards. There's also a new "feature" in billpay which looks to operate in different currencies, but doesn't pick up dollar signs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have cards for employees, and Ramp makes that process super simple by offering both physical and virtual cards, with the easy ability to manage employee spending. We also use it for billpay, and it offers both check and ACH payments.
Convenient short-term credit that gives cash rewards
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and cash rewards. The RAMP website is easy to use. It allows me to order new cards for employees, monitor employee spending and view accumulated cash rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am satisfied with the service RAMP offers. One employee, an older maintenance man, does not use email, so issuing him a RAMP card is challenging. Perhaps the account administrator could obtain the RAMP card on the employee's behalf in such circumstances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RAMP allowed the housing authority to obtain credit cards for employees without requiring an individual to be financially liable. The RAMP cards are ideal for employee training and travel expenses. Love the cash rewards!

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp values time so it provides easy and quick solutions to our business and operation needs.

I can't see any badsides with Ramp. It's a perfect tool to use for your business

It helps us with the reimbursements, with the receipts and with the calculations needed within the company.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to upload all my receipts. The UI is clean, and everything is organized. My favorite feature has to be the notifications only because it helped keep me on top of receipt upload deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app UI can use some work, but it gets the job done overall. Additionally, I don't feel the texting ramp has been the most effective. It never accepts my receipts, so I have to manually upload them via the web or the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spent less time manually handling my budgets in documents because all the information I need is in Ramp. All in all, it's helped with better spend management.
Simple to setup and use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly, so those who use Ramp and Ramp cards only have positive things to say about the experience. And as an admin, I also like how smooth the process is for getting setup, managing the cards and payments, and finding what I need on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where some things are on the site is not always intuitive. For example, I was trying to figure out how to apply the cashback, which is not easy to discover on my own. Thankfully, the Help pages on Ramp's website are extremely helpful and answer almost all my questions, so I was able to locate it after using a Help page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a company card to issue to employees who travel for the company, and after looking at other products, Ramp seemed to provide the most and charge the least for it. So that is the primary reason that brought us to Ramp, and it has been great for that so far.
Good interface and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the interface is easy to use, the colors and font are comfortable, it's fast and allows me to pay on multiple platforms or stores.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I've had errors being outside the tab and when I make payments it usually gives an error, so I have to keep an eye on that.
