Ramp saves time and money by creating shortcuts for receipt & expense submissions!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has made it easy and seamless to submit expenses and match receipts. With pre-approved recurring monthly payments, there is no longer the need to upload and match those receipts. The email reminders keep me on track, and I no longer miss accounting tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing I dislike about Ramp; its login is easy, and the interface is completely intuitive, creating seamless ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has elevated the amount of time spent on saving and submitting receipts.
Having The Ramp Card Has Been A Huge Asset For Myself & My Company
What do you like best about the product?
As there are many benefits to using the Ramp card, the most important to me is reconciling right after using the card. It is beneficial for monitoring and limiting my employee's spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed a few times that the system will accept it when it has asked for a receipt to be uploaded, and, for whatever reason, the amount is off a bit. I have also incurred issues reconciling credits back onto the Ramp card. However, I might need to learn more about this on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to see and reconcile transactions daily. It helps me monitor the company's spending, and the instant notification I receive on my phone is excellent for avoiding fraud.
Seamless Receipt & Reimbursement Submission
What do you like best about the product?
Receipts can be submitted directly from whatever tool I'm using at the time (mobile app, SMS, email forwarding, etc). It saves me from wasting time on administrative tasks so I can focus on higher value efforts instead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The random selection of a recent expense never seemed valuable to me, and just ended up being noise. Until recently, the merging of the physical and digital cards was missing, sometimes making it confusing which one I used or needed to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Submitting receipts for reimbursement is a necessary part of any job, but often annoying and time-consuming. Ramp makes that seamless and easy, along with the digital cards to use for online purchases and forwarding of receipts directly from email.

Ramp helps to save time and provides greater efficiency in managing corporate spending.

Ramp really does not have a downside as it is readily accessible from mobile, tablet, or desktop devices.

Ramp allows us to more effectively analyze our spending and reimbursements. It is an easy and intuitive tool for employees and is easily accessed.
Seamless and so easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Physical card makes it easy to use in the city I'm in (not as many Apple Pay registers). The app is so easy to keep up with spend. And nothing is more convenient and fast as text receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to have any complaints. But if I were to pick something, I think the UI on the app could be a bit more intuitive. I have multiple cards and sometimes hard to figure out which one I'm using.

Lack of visibility, expense management, etc.

I love the automation of the platform. Ramp has helped create a streamlined process to quickly submit expenses and receive reimbursements.
What do you dislike about the product?
When submitting mileage it requires the user to attach a receipt. This becomes redundant as it already maps out the route when logging the travel.

What do you like best about the product?
How much it saves me each and ever month. The accuracy to match up recipient via text/email is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to pinpoint a disadvantage but I wish the virtual and real cards were one in the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They very quickly solved the issue of time wasted during expense reporting. Their system provides the right amount of bells and whistles to be efficient and accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
The automated invoice/receipt matching via email is very helpful and reduces the time I spend keeping receipts organized for expenses. Also, being able to create as many virtual cards as I need is great! It helps keep things organized and categorized by vendor or projects however I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I fee like I receive too many text message alerts.

Ramp helps streamline the process of accounting for my departments expenses. The automated receipt matching and overall ease of use for creating or requesting new virtual cards is great.

Ramp is the most accessible form of automated expense management our team has used. We can enforce our budget policies with employees while ensuring compliance. Business travel and expenses are more accessible than ever, and we have eliminated the dull, time-consuming admin tasks and expense reports.
