Ramp is easy to use and quick!
What do you like best about the product?
The text feature that sees an expense and immediately texts you for a copy of the receipt is awesome! It provides security and ease of use for capturing and closing out expenses. You can even add the memo for details on why you expensed something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. Ramp is working very well for me and I don't have any significant inputs or improvement recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp CC allows the business to have a company card instead of using personal cards. It has also provided ease of use to the people making expenses and minimzed the amount of back-end processing to charges being paid.

Simplifies the expending process by 100%.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed in which I can get my expense reports completed.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! Not only for myself, managing a team of 9 reps, but also for those nine field marketing reps, out in the field, doing spends daily. We have very few, if any, missing receipts!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would LOVE to be able to integrate Ramp with MileIQ - but other than that - Ramp is a dream - and Ive used ALL the competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIME! Myself & my reps get so much time back bc we're able to capture receipts on the go!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly I get notified of any purchase I make and how simple it is to submit a receipt and review the purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have asked for receipt exception in the past and even when my supervisor saying the request was approved, Ramp kept asking me for it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy receipt capture functions. Whether it is forwarding an email, or taking a quick snapshot of a receipt with my phone and texting it in, Ramp has made the process so easy and seamless. This has helped me greatly with my business expense reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love there to be some way for Ramp to link with Google Sheets so our expense tracking could be transferred to our secondary source without having to manually input the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track each charge that is made on any one of my cards for the company. It also allows me to work with multiple cards for different functions by having both physical and virtual card options.

What do you like best about the product?
The expense submitting process made simple and less time consuming than with other classic solutions

nothing to add so far, excepted maybe a time difference in receiving reminder by text or email

What do you like best about the product?
Auto matching of receipts, text sent to me when a purchase made and the ability to reply with the receipt and done! This has saved me from the need to hold onto receipts until I could submit via online, the need to scan into the computer and manually upload
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I do not like about Ramp, perhaps this is already available but maybe send me a notification when I am almost at max of my spend limit so I can coordinate the need for a bump up

Ramp is an Agile way of managing expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp enables creation of credit cards on the fly for specific purposes thus directly tying budgets with credit cards and this has taken our team's expense management to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I dislike of Ramp. I wish it could automatically do the deals that it finds for us but just showing us that there's a potential cost savings in our subscriptions is a huge plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps manage our team expenses and spend and provides a means for individuals in the team to manage their own spend and expenses. We're now more agile when it comes to budget management.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use. The text feature for every transaction has easily saved me much time submitting receipts. The app is intuitive both on the web and mobile. I didn't know expenses could be this easy until we started using Ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found something that I dislike about Ramp yet. Perhaps what would be helpful is making the dropdown menus when submitting receipts a bit easier to use? Like giving the option to submit suggestions for changes or updates to management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes the expense reporting process seamless. I rarely have to worry that I have not submitted receipts or that I misreported expenses. The online card feature is beneficial as well! It has come in handy often.
Super easy to use - no more expense report headache
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to text receipts or forward from email and no longer having to do tedious expense reports. I can quickly see when a receipt is needed or a note so managing my expenses is pretty painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a Canadian resident and Ramp doesn't yet support Canadian banks, which means that we can't use it for reimbursement for reimbursements. We've figured out a workaround for now for cash payments (which happen rarely) but it would be nice if they could expand this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense report management so the automatic prompts, receipt matching, and multiple ways of submitting receipts works really well. The company uses to manage spend and streamline payments.
