What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy access to credit. Easy to update financials of the company (bank statements) Has a great cashback reward program too that we use every month on our statemens
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the credit limit changes and it's hard to predict when it will happen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us with ad campaigns. We run all our social media expenses (ad clicks) through Ramp

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user-friendly, the company continuously makes improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
More filtering capabilities for various expense report categories would be helpful. E.G. If one category is X - only give me Y list in the other category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense Reporting with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is one place and ALL information is saved, which makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Applying a filter to what is upcoming and arranging according to due dates.
Simplifying credit card payments and missing transactions could be a lot better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the AP is one area.

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place that easily syncs with Quickbooks Online. Tasks that previously took two or three steps are easily completed in just one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get additional notifications after adding receipts and memos to expenses, but my biggest complaint is that we didn't know about Ramp sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has allowed solved the headaches of paying bills, reimbursing employees, and categorizing expenses while providing a good corporate credit card solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for our end users. Even our less tech savvy users find it simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little challenging to sort through which transactions are fully approved and ready to export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving to paperless expense reports and away from timely credit card reconciliation

What do you like best about the product?
The cashback made the switch from bank card program worth it. And the ease of use for the team is a huge perk!
What do you dislike about the product?
Set-up is time-consuming as there are so many options. The added benefit to this is the options for controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cash back. Easy issuance of cards to team members. And great receipt collection and tracking.

Ramp puts expense management and bill pay in one place

What do you like best about the product?
We love the approval system in the bill pay and with supervisors for expenses. Ramp syncs with BambooHR so adding new employees and ordering cards is a snap. Ramp also syncs to Quickbooks Online so that the days of coding expenses or attaching receipts manually are behind us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the clean/minimalist design is confusing and difficult to navigate. With practice, we've gotten the hang of it. Ramp is steadily improving and updating, so it's affirming to see how they take and use feedback when you find something that isn't working as advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bill pay approval is super easy to set up and run, especially with the flip between checks and ACH payments from one vendor to the next. Additionally, alerting or flagging expenses is easy and transparent and helps keep our workforce accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can have everything in one place, we use to have three different tools before and it was very complicated to find thinkgs now we pay our bills and reeimbursement all in one place, plus you get a creditcard
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they can improve the bill pay experience, live if you go to vendors and you click a vendor, it will be nice to be able to see all the billings and payments

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to access all of the information on the site. It is very well designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of any. It has been very easy to use so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it very easy to see what departments are spending. The sync to QuickBooks also makes categorizing these expenses seamless.

Must-have for your financial stack

What do you like best about the product?
It's fantastic. We've created dozens and dozens of cards to manage our spending with out different vendors. Each card's transactions is then automatically classified based on the rule set we've created, and seamlessly syncs to Quickbooks Online for us. Love the 1.5% cashback.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a little while to create all the cards for the vendors that you use and to create policies. The only thing I've found you need to watch out for, is that sometimes if a receipt isn't found, it will freeze your card leading to a potential payment being rejected (if you've set up a rule that payments need a receipt).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of our spending and bookkeeping automation. Managing payments with vendors easily, with the abilty to freeze/cancel just a single virutal card in the event of issues.
