Great Company to Work With
What do you like best about the product?
-Accessibility of information
-Ease of communication with support team
-Ease of communication with support team
What do you dislike about the product?
More flexibility of roles i.e. ability to turn off/on certain restrictions for individual users rather than having everything role based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating entry to our ERP system.
Ramp is awesome. 10/10 Recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing product -- they ship fast and build stuff that we need. Great at listening to customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. I hope they build an accounting platform soon so I can stop using the stuff currently out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They handle our corporate card needs internationally.
One of the best business cards around
What do you like best about the product?
No personal guarantee is needed to use the card, flat 1.5% cashback, monthly float for points (unlike Brex), and solid support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Low cashback compared to other apps, no mobile app, lack of vendor cards (can be done via virtual cards, so not a huge deal), and the clunkiness of mobile web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all corporate spend and expensing is much easier with Ramp than doing it by hand or via other cards, all while actually recieving cashback.
Couldn't be more convenient; great spend management solution for high-growth companies
What do you like best about the product?
Issuing new or virtual corporate cards for employees has really helped us optimize our spend policies. There's also something about being able to enable employees to buy what they need to be their most productive (especially as a remote-friendly company) without having to go through the hassle of filling out expense reports.
Interface is clean, simple to learn, and modern--all things that we really value as a team of do-it-all managers who are constantly switching between different software tools.
Customer support + enablement is also second-to-none. When we onboarded, we got a thorough set of Ramp training materials for both finance managers and employees.

What do you dislike about the product?
The default cadence/noisiness of notifications was a minor issue, but we appreciate the bias towards visibility and have been able to configure email + phone notifications pretty easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a low-lift way to track, visualize, and set rules on expenses across the company. We use corporate cards for pretty much everything outside of payroll and one-off bills that need to go through ACH, so it really does feel like Ramp is our spend management OS--one it took no time to configure at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ramp is the ideal option for companies that value simplicity + power in their spend management. Their product development velocity is also second-to-none, so you can expect them to be innovators in the years to come (unlike competitors).
I LOVE THIS SERVICE!
What do you like best about the product?
The easy and simple way of filing expenses, approving receipts and keeping my life in order. Text submissions are genius!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to send the receipt and memo in the same transmission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am keeping my life organized in the moment of creating a business expense. I don't have to think about anything!
Easy process!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to send receipts and add necessary information without toggling between a ton of windows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, I'm a new user but not problems so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to click through so many screens and annoying fields!
Finance Associate
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, QBO accounts able to be synced and overall good customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to do a manual sync rather than them automatically uploading to QBO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems I am having is that I am forgetting to login to sync transactions regularly and the benefits is that it breaks transactions out by cards.
So far, so good
What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive user interface, set up for startup founder needs and beyond. Very easy to segment users and card types - took just a few minutes to set up. Benefits are great - defined cashback amount is more useful than points. Lots of useful rule creation for managing accounting setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unclear how many of the benefits work (eg. AWS credits) - it would be nice to have all those details upfront, which would make it easier to compare benefits with other corporate cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Early Stage Corporate Expense card - makes it much easier to manage expenses, especially when employees have a bunch of random SaaS subscriptions.
Switched from Capital One
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can issue as many cards as I need and that I can easily track and attribute spend to different users and that I can easily sync full transactions with receipts attached to quickbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, it's much better than Capital One.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issuing cards to employees
