Allowing us to split payments across the entire team and keep labeling on point. Also saved $1000+ with insights from Ramp/ relevant partnerships they secure.
Great Corporate Card Program and Expense Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp provides great tooling around their top-tier corporate card offering, which allowed us to replace both Expensify and our corporate cards through a traditional bank. They offer a competitive cashback rate on all spend and have a growing ecosystem of partners that provide discounts proven to be valid and easy to redeem. They also recently rolled out a reimbursement tool that ensured we could handle all of our expense management needs with one tool. It is effortless to issue cards, both physical and virtual, and it is pretty intuitive to use from both an administrator and end-user perspective. We compared Ramp to Brex, SVB, and Divvy and decided that Ramp was the best option currently on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are currently limited to website only and do not have a mobile app. You can use SMS to submit receipts and it is also easy to submit memos and receipts through email, but some employees have mentioned it would be helpful to use an app when not in front of a computer.

Great Software, Rewards and support! Highly recommended
What do you like best about the product?
The Software is so user-friendly- even for guys on the go and in the field. Best rewards on a credit card. Awesome customer support. We've had to tailor the product a little since we have a complex GL code system and I spent several hours with their support team (including the co-founder) which made me feel very valued even though we aren't a huge company. They tailored the product to fit our needs and it now works wonderfully!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an app as it's a little more difficult to use on a phone than it is to use on a computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
none at this time. I realized we weren't doing a great job capturing receipts prior to this but with this software we are.
Seamless to set up an use, big time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process is easy and seamless (makes switching painless), customer service is excellent/responsive, and the accounting software sync is great. It's nice to be able to create new virtual cards in just a few clicks. Finally, they are always adding useful new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - everything is going well so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate a business with many physical locations, and we have a need to track spending by location. Being able to easily assign and manage cards for specific location (and to be able to do so in bulk) was a key feature for us. Sync'ing with our accounting software was another feature.
THIS IS THE COOLEST!
What do you like best about the product?
I have a business credit card and the platform is so easy to use! Plus, most of my transactions are online purchases which makes forwarding receipts to Ramp so easy. Then, they match my receipt to my transaction!! How cool is that!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found one thing so far that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This keeps me super organized with my purchases and saves me from digging to find all my receipts at the end of each month!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Why wait? 1.5% cashback, easy to use platform that doesn't require staff training, and saves time!

So simple to upload or forward receipts, and coding is easy too!

It's all good. Nothing is negative at all.

Simplicity is solved.
Simple and straightforward payments
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to pay for work items with a virtual company credit card. The finance team can load set amounts onto the virtual card for specific expenses e.g. paying for a team meal or training course. The finance team can also cancel cards and change amount limits easily. No need to get a physical card. Also a very simple system for employees to link receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. This works really well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paying for work items without a physical card. Prevents the headache of paying on my personal card and expensing later. Highly recommend.

It did not work when I uploaded a photo and included a memo in the same message. It asked me again to resubmit my memo.
