Efficient Travel Booking with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how support is readily available 24/7, and they do their best to help. I find ease in booking travel and accommodation using Ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
I usually have a lot of problems when logging into the site. That process could be made easier

I use Ramp for accounts, mostly to book travel, accommodations, cars, and handle reimbursements. It makes booking travel and accommodation easy.
Ramp: User-Friendly Expense Management with Seamless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I use Ramp to keep track of my expenses for work. It makes sure all my expenses are accounted for and provides an easy format to do that with. The platform is really helpful and user-friendly. Ramp takes a lot of the guesswork out of the accounting process, and my expenses are always accounted for. It's an easy platform to upload everything, with everything kind of at a glance, making it easy to know exactly what I'm doing from day to day. Ramp helps the whole team be accountable for expenses, so very little is left to chance. Its features like a dashboard and different tabs help us stay focused and organized. It saves a lot of time because you don't really have to hunt or search for anything since everything is laid out intuitively. The setup was very easy compared to other platforms, with very little to do, and the transition into daily operations was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints! I really enjoy all the features and the layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp to track and account for my expenses easily. It removes the guesswork from accounting and keeps the whole team accountable. The at-a-glance format and user-friendly features save time and make staying organized simpler.
Ramp Is Life-Changing—So Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is so easy to use! It might be exaggerating, but I tell people it's life changing compared to our old expense management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike too much. Sometimes, I have a hard time trying to manually match a receipt to an expense, but that's probably user error;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way Ramp is set up, it makes us so much more accountable to get the receipts and account numbers in quickly. Doing that frees up so much time for our finance department as they don't have to track down receipts or account numbers all the time. And I love that the card is disabled if you don't submit the expenses/receipts in a timely manner.
Easiest Expense Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is very user friendly and makes submitting expenses and reports very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Bill section is a little overwhelming. I did have to reach out to support, who were great, and ask how to tailor to my specific location. Once that was figured out it is easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Waiting for reimbursements and having to wait an entire month to submit one report with all expenses. Now I can submit as I go. It is a gamechanger.
Seamless Vendor Payments, Incredible Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Ramp makes entering new customers and handling invoices easy, cutting down on human error and speeding up the process. The drag and drop feature for invoices, W9s, and payment info is super convenient. Organizing and paying invoices are a breeze, and the tax reporting for our many 1099 vendors is simple. One standout feature for me is the ease of setting a future pay date. I can easily track credit card spending and vendor payments, and the integration with NetSuite is fast, although I prefer Ramp because of its simplicity and ease of use. The initial setup was as easy as pie, and the Ramp Associate was very helpful. Plus, I was thrilled to see Ramp being advertised on TV!

Absolutely nothing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp eases entering new customers by enabling drag and drop for invoices and payment info, reducing errors and speeding up the process. Organizing and paying invoices is simple, and it simplifies tax reporting for 1099 vendors. Setting future pay dates is also easy.
Effortless AP Management and User-Friendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use Ramp and the user interface. I can do everything from the main screen instead of having to switch tabs, which is really convenient. The auto approvals and chain approvals are great and make the process very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, its been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp for accounts payable and tracking expenses to business cards. It solves a lot of AP problems for me. The easy UI lets me do everything from the main screen, with auto and chain approvals simplifying processes.
Absurdly Simple, Smart UX That Makes Expense Tracking a Joy
What do you like best about the product?
Absurdly simple interface and UX. Usually, Ramp is 2 steps ahead of me. It's smarter than me. I start to do something and it's already done. The app is a joy, the txt approach is great, and the website is about as good as a website can get. I feel like our company is somehow making more money and creating joy in our accounting/expenses teams when I use Ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface is a little TOO light. I've used expense tools for 20+ years, and because Ramp is so different, there can be an adjustment period when it comes to getting used to the platform. That being said, when I do catch on, I feel smarter and more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing dumb, cumbersome, and confusing expense and travel claim systems. Reducing friction for workers who need to file expenses and getting them reimbursements faster, and I'm sure making the headache of expense mgmt for big, complex companies MUCH easier.
Effortless Expense Tracking for Ministry Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to text a photo of the receipt to the Ramp number and how quickly I can itemize purchases online. They are really quick, efficient, and work well. It was very easy to receive the card and set the card up via SMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't have any dislikes so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps me pay for ministry meals without needing reimbursement and easily text a photo of receipts. It's quick, efficient, and I can rapidly itemize purchases online.
Easy Expense Texting and GPS Mileage Tracking Make Reporting Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and my favorite feature is being able to text expenses. Documenting mileage is also easy with the "track with GPS" feature which allows me to feel certain that no stops were missed
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the application on IOS could be improved. You get more features on the computer such as being able to upload a PDF receipt. I would like to do that through text
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my efficiency and ensuring that I am always on time with my expenses and sending me reminders if an expense is missed!
User-Friendly Expense Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that with Ramp, I can manage all of my expenses in one place, from employee spending to receipt tracking, and it's so user-friendly. I enjoy that I can hook it up to many accounts, like my email and Amazon, and Ramp pulls receipts sometimes even before I get the chance to upload them, which is super helpful. The initial setup was extremely easy. Ramp was our first choice, and we luckily knocked it out of the park with our first try!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so much a Ramp problem, but more of an employee issue on my part. My employees often forget to upload receipts. Maybe a few more reminders to the employees when something isn't completed on their end would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage all my expenses in one place, from my employees' spending to receipt tracking. It's user-friendly and automatically pulls receipts from accounts, saving me time.
