Ramp has made reimbursement submission a seamless, easy process
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy to use and has a nice UI. Our team is able to organize better and team members are able to submit and manage their own reimbursement requests!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing stands out. The team has enjoyed the service and it is working well as a solution for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping us to better track and manage our employee reimbursements, as well as categorize and keep our financials organized.
Seamless, so intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to use, everything feels very secure and safe to use. I love how easy it is to verify with receipts and notify when a card has reached its limit to add more funds
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent had any issues so personally i dont have any dislikes for ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamlessly transferring money from the company i work for, to me and other employees so we can spend on company supplies easily without bank transfers and wait time
Saving hours in staff time using Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
Previously we would use services where I have to format and upload each individual receipt. Ramp streamlines things so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Ramp can't match a receipt, but that is a minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. I save so much time using Ramp to use on other work activities. All I do is upload the receipt image and click a few things.
Good Tool for Making Expense Reporting, Reimbursements, and Company Purchases Easier
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in setting up expense reports and submitting receipts for reimbursements. Ramp also makes it super easy to connect receipts with existing expenses that need attached receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Ramp requires us to submit receipts for every transaction through our Digital Advertising accounts, though I believe this may be a setting that is turned on for our specific organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has made it fast and easy to submit receipts for expenses that can quickly be approved by your manager for reimbursements. It also makes requesting a card for specific spends that you need for the company quick and easy while tracking all of it in one place.
Ramp has allowed our company to expedite Expense Reports with more accuracy and ease of use.

Instant text messages to remind users to upload receipts instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text messages (receipts) sometimes do not go through due to bad service.

Ramp is helping expedite expense reports which helps with accuracy and timely reconciliation.

Ramp is easy to use and the automatic matching for receipts is very hassle free

Saves time and reduces error with receipts and policies.

The web login, I always have to log back in versus keeping me logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of receipts, remembering to submit expenenses, following company policies and overall keeping up with my ongoing spending is really helpful so I don't fall behind.
A huge time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is a huge time saver, no longer do I need to fill out lengthy expense reports. Snap a couple pictures of receipts, upload and Ramp does the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that isn't working well yet with Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is saving the company time and money by eliminating the need for employees to fill out length expense reports. It can all be done through the App now.
Game Changer!!!
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendliness of the platform; the technology to match receipts and memos to transactions; the analytics available. The time saving!!
What do you dislike about the product?
While I've only been using for almost 6 months, but I can't think of anything I dislike.

Allows me to easily track receipts, and quick reimbursements

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has helped me utilize receipt matching and spend trending for my direct reports so I know where my team is focusing their energy. It's saved me so much time and effort when documenting expenses, and helps me as a manager stay accountable to the accounting team for my own expenditures and timeliness of submittal!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I've ever ran in to with Ramp is browser issues. Sometimes I can't access my virtual card information for online expenses, but it's never been too big of a problem for me to resolve with support from the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receipt matching and expense reporting. Before it was all paper receipts and company bank cards, and we had a lot of people misusing the system. Now, as leaders we can track who is spending where and hold individuals accountable and help people learn and grow into a corporate role.
