What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate being able to clearly see spending limits based on type of spend. Also the ease of submitting and sending receipts so I never have to worry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other similar services, I have no dislikes with Ramp! It's been a great product to use so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting me know clearly how much I have to spend towards things like education and other perks.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic receipt matching from email receipts usually works well and saves time; even more compelling are automatic text reminders and acceptance of texted receipts when traveling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some emailed receipts are not captured automatically and must be forwarded (forwarding them almost always works). Adding category information to many expenses is sometimes slow and can't be done via the SMS interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sames me time and effort in capturing needed expense information.

Great service to track expenses

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it easy to track and submit expenses to our accounting department without needing to scan or hand them printed receipts. The potential for errors is decreased, and the ease for our accounting department is increased.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot I don't like about Ramp. It can easily match receipts emailed to me in their system without any interaction, saving me time. If I have to find something negative, I wish it could do that a little better. It does miss some emailed receipts. Being able to text or email receipts directly from my phone is a time saver too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is freeing up time from our accounting department by allowing the person making the charge to code the expense while still giving them, and superiors, the ability to recode items if needed. It allows me to easily submit expenses as they come up instead of waiting to reconcile each one at the 4end of the month when our credit card statement arrives.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp's super easy-to-use interface makes a boring administrative process absolutely painless. It not only has great user experience and user interface, but it also has a lot of automation that completely removes the need of interaction with the tool, saving me A LOT of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there isn't anything I dislike. I am very much happy with the tool and it has never failed me. We have been using it in the company for a couple of years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has allowed us, in a very easy and agile way, to give access to virtual and physical payment methods (credit cards) to employees who didn't have a company card before and used to do reimbursements all the time. Additionally, we have been able to apply automated rules and controls to how the budgets are being used, making it way easier to both manage the budget and make sure we hit our spending objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it automatically syncs to certain apps like Uber and reminds you to submit receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love how many steps it takes / fields you have to enter to submit a reimbursement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me travel more smoothly when I have to travel for work.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has helped me keep up with my mileage and receipts by being easy to use and sends reminders to my managers to approve my reimbursements
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside of ramp is getting notifications at inconvenient times of the day. Not cool to get reminders by email and slack when i'm trying to go to sleep!

Keeping track of expenses and allowing me to spend money for the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ramp, in my opinion, is how easy it makes the reimbursement process. The platform is user-friendly and provides clear guidelines on where and how to submit requests, which has saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, the ability to track expenses in real-time and receive notifications on approved and rejected reimbursements is incredibly helpful.

There are never doubts over where or how to submit these.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems like the UX has way too much whitespace. Additionally, I feel hesitant to suggest the pricing of Ramp is satisfying to our company, though I don't work as an executive myself; I feel it's almost unfair to charge for this service, but that's my personal opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've found that it solves several business problems related to our reimbursement process. Before Ramp, we had to manually enter data and submit paper receipts, which was time-consuming and often led to errors and doubts. With Ramp, I can simply upload receipts and expenses directly into the platform, making the reimbursement process absurdly easy.

It's also super easy to know if the reimbursement went through and when.

Overall happy with Ramp's solution. It's reduced administrative overhead for my colleagues, improved accuracy and efficiency, and provided valuable insights into our spending.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automated capture of submitting expense reports and receipts. It makes it so much easier and quicker than manually submitting receipts and expenses. I would recommend this to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could submit a monthly or weekly total mileage to get reimbursed. I do like how quick it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have a company card so using my personal card allows me to submit expenses quick and get reimbursed faster.
