Ramp is saving me time and money
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automated capture of submitting expense reports and receipts. It makes it so much easier and quicker than manually submitting receipts and expenses. I would recommend this to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could submit a monthly or weekly total mileage to get reimbursed. I do like how quick it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have a company card so using my personal card allows me to submit expenses quick and get reimbursed faster.
Invaluable tool for making classification and expense documentation fool-proof
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp provides amazing automation for auto-classifying transactions. Saves so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is another app to deal with, so it would be nice for it to be integrated with some other tools?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to expedite and organize the process for my team to document transactions and ensure receipts are obtained. Really automating a very manual process before for our small biz.
Easy, fast and transparent
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Ramp is being able to easily access virtual cards, and using those for expenses instead of using my personal card and getting reimbursements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Ramp could easily allow me to have a converted balance or total. I travel for work and in other countries, I am not always sure how much allowance is left on my card etc. given that it is only in USD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with expenses and reimbursements, making them both extremely easy to do.
Ramp saves time
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is efficient and easy. It is user friendly and makes submitting mileage and reimbursements so much easier than the alternative methods!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside that I have experienced from ramp. They even make their credit cards asthetically pleasing and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving having to keep track of all of the expenses I make. If I take time to upload receipts immediately after, it is always quick and easy

Ease of management of expenses; easy to upload receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to duplicate reimbursements that are submitted weekly or monthly.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy-to-use interface makes my life as an IC so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if users you could see if your approvers have viewed your expense, similar to someone opening a DocuSign prior to signing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I travel for work and have a ton of client lunches/dinners, Ramp makes it so easy to submit my expense and get it approved right away by management.
Simple, Intuitive, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to navigate. I can upload my receipts quickly, add in my details (if they aren't auto-detected) and then submit. I also have the peace of mind knowing that my approver will be notified that I've submitted. I like that we get automated emails about what spending restrictions the company has put in place, as it increases transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything from a Product perspective! My boss is a bit swamped in emails so he doesn't always see the notification BUT as soon as I tell him about the request, he can very swiftly approve and get me reimbursed :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an end user I can very quickly upload in receipts and proof of purchase online and have those uploads reviewed internally, without me needing to contact others. It means I know I can spend money with confidence that I'll get what I spend back quickly thanks to the Ramp product/my company using Ramp.
Easy to use and manage expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy interface, virtual card is great, and makes managing company expenses seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part I don't have anything negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helping keep our company expenses from ballooning out of control and gives real time insight into who is spending on what.
Ramp makes it easy to upload receipts sent to my email.
What do you like best about the product?
The request for a receipt comes to my email instantaneously. All I need to do is click, drag and drop the receipt, and I am good to go. No onerous logging in process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It works really well for my needs as a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps us easily share receipts from research incentive spending with our finance team, so they can keep track of how much we spend on qualitative interviews and survey research. It is quick and easy.
Extremely easy and convenient

The app is super user-friendly and convenient when traveling for work
