Automation makes expenses easy
What do you like best about the product?
With Ramp you can easily text, email or upload bulk receipts, and the automation creates expense reports that you just need to review and submit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting used to the email / text process takes a little time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the time it takes to manage and submit expenses. It also helps ensure the right fields are filled in for accounting purposes. I am able to see the status of my submissions as well (transparency)

Ramp has made expensing easy with mobile use, easy receipt add, and virtual cards.

I haven't found anything to dislike about ramp!

Creates a user-friendly experience when creating expense reports.

Ramp automatically matches receipts for me via email, helps me code things easily, and reduces mistakes.

To be honest, there's not really anything that I dislike about Ramp at all.

It helps us match receipts and keep track of expenses.

Nothing that I can find. I was not a advanced user of Ramp.

Ramp makes it easy to quickly submit expenses and get reimbursed.
Easy and quick tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like Ramp because it is very easy and simple to upload receipts from my expenses, Ramp automatically reads the receipts and then I am reimbursed very quickly. Overall it is a great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I don't think there are many downsides to using Ramp. I am an individual contributer and I use ramp to submit my expenses, and I have never had any issues using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to submit receipts from expenses (travel, ubers, dinner, etc) and get reimbursed through my company. Ramp makes it extremely simple and straightforward to do so.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of administering cards. Receipt upload is so easy for team members. Accounting for receipts is simplified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their integration dudes not with with my industry specific accounting software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Higher credit limits than other corporate cards. Ramp did not require personal guaranty. It's easy to issue cards.
Most effective corporate credit card program I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
It is the most straightforward and user-friendly platform I've used in my career. Nothing is hard. It is intuitive and easy to use as a credit card user and a manager overseeing others' expenses. I love the user interface and I'm excited that an Android app is now available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "dislike" would be the reminders can get annoying when I haven't submitted my receipts. But really, that's my fault for not submitting them promptly. So the tool is doing what it should to ensure adherence.

Ramp Saves you Time
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the app and the text alerts to never miss a receipt. After the phone captures the receipt, you also don't have to carry so many receipts. It's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I would change is the immediate need for a receipt after using it to reserve hotels and flights. It would be better to get reminders when they are used so that I could be reminded while I have the new receipts and the final totals on actual usage cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program gives you a way to easily immediately get receipts in the system with much more ease. I have had no lost receipt or missed expense submission since we started the program.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is really easy to use for expense reimbursement. It's easy to upload receipts and to submit to your manager for approval.

At this time I haven't disliked anything about Ramp
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving for employee reimbursement. This is benefiting me because I can quickly get my money back in a painless way.
This has been such a time saver and helps control spending this keeps everyone honest on purchases

I like that you get a sms as soon as you make a purchase so that you will not forget to upload a copy of the receipt

Sometimes you have to load the photo twice it says it still missing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
techs do not keep up with reciepts so them being prompted as soon as the purchase is made helps if they misplace the reciept
