Great and Simple!
What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive and straightforward to categorize expenses. The new App makes it so easy to upload recipts; it pops a notification, click on it, and it opens the app, scans receipt and easily categorize them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The APP is still new. Support for an "offline mode" would be great! Sometimes a scan and upload were slowed down by poor cell connection. Then emailedd you saying you need a receipt uploaded. You go look at your dashboard and find that everything but the photo of the receipt was uploaded because of the limited bandwidth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of expenses used to be in a sheet or Excel file sent out at the end of the month. We would categorize and mark expenses then. We lost track of which location or job an expense was for and misplaced receipts all the time. Now this has tracked spend and keeps receipts tracked.

What do you dislike about the product?
The automatic receipt uploads process isn't intuitive so I still upload manually.
It would be better if the email sent to me told me a quick instruction or reminder on how to automatically upload receipts.

More clear guidelines for spending company funds; the ticker letting me know how much money I have remaining is helpful.
Ramp Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp provides all-encompassing business offerings that helped us consolidate our banking, financial and credit card providers down to 1. The customer support is the best I've seen in banking. My business card shipped quickly and the box/packing was very highend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say. I only wish that Ramp was around sooner so I could enjoy their elite banking services for longer and see the benefits to my business!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Ramp expense management is solving many issues for me, including receipt tracking and flexible spending accounts. One great benefit was creating a new digital expense card, adjusting the spending limit - all in real-time - and paying for a new business tool. Without Ramp, I would have struggled to pay for the new tool.

Nothing! Ramp it truly a great tool, nothing to complain about.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the simple app design. The ability to have a gift card and a corporate card in the app is ideal.

Least helpful is that it's a bit tougher to use on the desktop version.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very modern way to manage expenses. It's especially useful for people who are unorganized and can forget to add notes, etc. to their expenses. It makes it very easy for management to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any complaints about Ramp.

We have different levels of management that needs to review payment issues and Ramp makes it extremely easy to do so.
