The expense management tool you don't need to remember
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it ridiculously easy to file expenses. I like how it feels like a very modern tool with a seamless workflow to file an expense, and an even easier way to automatically connect receipts to your expense reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my point of view there is nothing to dislike about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filing expenses on outdated systems like Concur is just incredibly time-consuming. Ramp cuts down the time it takes to file an expense report so much that it is no longer tedious.
Super easy to navigate thru the app, easy to upload receipts, and helpful reminders as well!
What do you like best about the product?
Sends a text to upload the receipt at soon as the transaction goes thru for easy upkeep of records.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any issues at all! It's been really great and user friendly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of uploading and keeping track of receipts and organizing expenses in correct categories.

By integrating my company's spending rules into the system, it makes spending easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No apparent downsides yet. Everything as been easy.

Ramp reduces communications needed to buy products I need for my job.
Smooth and easy process for us
What do you like best about the product?
Where to start, the process makes the input of expenses dead simple. What was once a process that I dreaded is now so simple I don't even think about it. The mobile app as well as the text messages make it so I enter my expenses on the fly and there's no longer a need to gather everything and make it a long admin task for me
What do you dislike about the product?
The add-in for chrome is a little clunky and requires us to login each time vs keeping a session open for longer. Its not a showstopper for us just a helpful piece of information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the need for us to chase down individuals to enter their expenses. It also makes it much easier for recurring expenses. We also love the ability to spin up a virtual card quickly in multiple countries!
Ramp has made reimbursement submission a seamless, easy process
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy to use and has a nice UI. Our team is able to organize better and team members are able to submit and manage their own reimbursement requests!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing stands out. The team has enjoyed the service and it is working well as a solution for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping us to better track and manage our employee reimbursements, as well as categorize and keep our financials organized.
Seamless, so intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to use, everything feels very secure and safe to use. I love how easy it is to verify with receipts and notify when a card has reached its limit to add more funds
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent had any issues so personally i dont have any dislikes for ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamlessly transferring money from the company i work for, to me and other employees so we can spend on company supplies easily without bank transfers and wait time
Saving hours in staff time using Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
Previously we would use services where I have to format and upload each individual receipt. Ramp streamlines things so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Ramp can't match a receipt, but that is a minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. I save so much time using Ramp to use on other work activities. All I do is upload the receipt image and click a few things.
Good Tool for Making Expense Reporting, Reimbursements, and Company Purchases Easier
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in setting up expense reports and submitting receipts for reimbursements. Ramp also makes it super easy to connect receipts with existing expenses that need attached receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Ramp requires us to submit receipts for every transaction through our Digital Advertising accounts, though I believe this may be a setting that is turned on for our specific organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has made it fast and easy to submit receipts for expenses that can quickly be approved by your manager for reimbursements. It also makes requesting a card for specific spends that you need for the company quick and easy while tracking all of it in one place.
Ramp has allowed our company to expedite Expense Reports with more accuracy and ease of use.

Instant text messages to remind users to upload receipts instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text messages (receipts) sometimes do not go through due to bad service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping expedite expense reports which helps with accuracy and timely reconciliation.

Ramp is easy to use and the automatic matching for receipts is very hassle free

I have not found a downside to using Ramp
