Ramp makes managing my teams expenses super easy!
What do you like best about the product?
With Ramp I can easily see how much my team is spending, which is extremely helpful in these days of remote work. When we have offsite meetups I can track everyone's flights, ubers, meals, and know exactly what we can afford. I also love that I can assign digital credit cards to my employees with limits for specific purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't see any downsides from using Ramp! I previously used Expensify and find Ramp to be much more intuitive with many more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping me to track a small team of employees and what exactly we're spending on getting the team together for offsite meetups.
Excellent employee perk program
What do you like best about the product?
My company uses Ramp as an employee perk program, with an allocated amount each month available to each employee to spend as they wish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the limited scope of our use of Ramp (e.g., we don't use it for tracking company expenses, etc.) there isn't anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has provided a fun and flexible perk for the employees at my company.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp keeps us organized in our spending. With multiple transactions processed daily by many different ICs, keeping track of all the transactions and reimbursements without Ramp would be impossible. The text reminders save time and make consolidating transactions/accounting quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. The software is very simple and easy to use. It is scalable for both internal and external use, as well as use for large departments. I would highly recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saved. The text reminders and overall accounting processes are seamless and easy for anyone to use. Ramp helps manage our external spending while also keeping our internal reimbursements resolved in a quick manner.

Seamless mobile app! Makes everything easier for organizing, quick reimbursements, and the increase of accuracy with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though you have the option to opt out of notifications, enrolling into notifications automatically weren't helpful for me.

Ramp is solving financial literacy within organizations for users and expenses by providing direct reports that adhere to our company's spending policies. This helps control not overspending with a company's budget, which can be pretty standard.

ramp makes uploading and matching receipts super easy and fast. my expense reporting is ongoing eliminating the monthly match nightmare from the past.

could improve mobile experience as I refuse to download another app.

Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes the reimbursement process quick and seamless for everyone. It's very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every merchant is listed on Ramp, which would be nice to reselect from the drop-down, rather than writing it in each time.

Reimbursements by the company. It was very disorganized before and took a lot of time to try and keep up with.

I don't have any complaints! Ramp streamlines the ability to upload receipts and increases the speed at which reimbursements occur.

Ramp has automated the reimbursement process at my company, making reimbursements hassle-free. It also has made it easier for our company to manage work stipends.

What do you like best about the product?
The pricing/policy controls are helpful to keep people from overspending. We can assign custom spend amounts for pre-approved items. We've never had an issue with being able to use the cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't set up the logic correctly, then the reminder e-mails can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each employee is able to accurately and timely use their cards at their discretion. There is less involvement from managers and supervisors in approving every single transaction.

The most helpful thing about Ramp is the text messages/emails notifications!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to ramp is sometimes they don't recognize certain charges, mostly tips.
