Streamlines expensing
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp made it straightforward to handle work expenses and submit my receipts. No more collecting and processing piles of receipts while I await repayment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits on the ability to use the virtual card at certain vendors limited my ability to use ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear Expense tracking and no re-reimbursement period.

What do you like best about the product?
We love how ramp is able to reduce the amount of time focused on the tediousness of expense accounting by streamlining it with its amazing features. Being able to connect ramp with amazon, or automatically allow payments of a certain threshold not need a receipt is very valuable for a company of our size.
What do you dislike about the product?
With ramp, our employees who do not save receipts or remember to keep track of their purchases find it frustrating when they have to reconcile their purchases with the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is reducing the labor of accounting and reconciling most of our purchases through its unique features. Also, the ease of taking a picture of a receipt and not having to manually input information is amazing.

Additionally, Ramp's savings insights and pricing intelligence are valuable features that help companies save both time and money. The fact that Ramp offers live support day or night is a huge plus, as it ensures that expert assistance is always available when needed.

The "company card" solution for a growing company.
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is intuitive to a level that enables the user and the financial department to track expenses and spending without the additional time drain that many competitors have in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial cost code input was fairly clunky. Many of the codes do not directly align with the spending categories of our end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear and concise spending reports are uploaded and reviewed in real-time - enabling reimbursement payouts promptly and happier employees. Ramp has helped increase the effectiveness of our traveling team members, who must adhere to aggressive schedules.
Ramp is Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Receipt matching via both email and texts makes submitting receipts easy for both when I'm in the office and requisitioning supplies and when I'm traveling for an event or picking up supplies in-person. I love how easily we can adjust each employee's spending and the speed of receiving a new physical card when we need one. Honestly it's a no-brainer service that makes the work of multiple departments easier. Home run app!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of one. The only problems I have are personal failings for forgetting to snap a photo when I'm on the go, or failings on other businesses (like when the receipt printer is broken).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily matching receipts that make my Finance Manager's job more efficient. Providing a spending card to junior employees without giving them carte blanche on a regular debit/credit card.

The text and phtoo recognition makes using this application SO simple

Sometimes the texts confuse the memos on specific reciepts

By integrating directly with our accounting software, Ramp has greatly reduced manual data entry, saving our team valuable hours every month. This seamless integration also helps to minimize errors, ensuring accurate financial records for our business.
