Simplifies business spending
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use and gave our company a great solution for expenses. Saves a significant amount of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything seems to be working great for myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made business expenses much easier and simplified our expense process.
So easy that you'll actually use it!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is convenient and easy to use. Working in software, I appreciate an intuitive UI - which Ramp has. I would previously avoid submitting reimbursement requests, but Ramp makes it so easy that I do it happily. I love being able to track the status of my reimbursement requests and I know that the ease-of-use with Ramp incentivizes my company to provide routine spend programs to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could hide cards that I will never use again, but I am able to "star" the ones I like to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending monthly stipends, reimbursing expenses for various programs. We love using the virtual cards.
Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is super easy to use. It also makes my company spending policy very clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main gripe has been difficulty adding a ramp card to google pay. This is mostly due to an annoying verification process that relies on an American phone number, which I do not have, since I live in Europe
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in a remote company, Ramp facilitates the company giving it's remote workers access to funds for particular events, such as lunch meetings, where each member of the company is able to order their own lunch.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Ramp for virtual travel cards and employee expense reimbursement. Everything is seamless. The auto-receipt matching makes everything incredibly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint was that some hotels would not let me use the virtual credit card for check-in. Luckily, with Ramp's reimbursement feature, I was able to loop the cash back onto my card quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the pandemic hit and we went remote, we needed a way to handle expenses for all employees using a no-contact solution. Ramp fufilled that need. With the automatic receipt matching, everything is nearly seamless.
I love not having to create expense reports
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to match receipts or create expense reports with Ramp
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a blue moon an online receipt doesn't get matched (if it's in a weird pdf format) and I have to take a screenshot or manually add it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At previous companies, uploading and matching receipts and creating expense reports was super stressful. I needed cheatsheets and to ask for help every month on the old clunky software we used, and it would take me an hour if I had a business trip to expense. I don't have that headache anymore!

How transparent the process is and how fast we can upload our receipts for review

That we cant sent the receipts through text
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of sending each receipt to the accountant, we can just post it online and no need to worry about transparency of spending since it is all clear
End User - Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
When I load a receipt, it reads it automatically and selects almost everything for me! I just have to enter the reason and push, go!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't submit in a bundle, but I have to submit each expense separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting reimbursed for my out-of-pocket expenses.
Expenses Made Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is extremely helpful for quickly uploading receipts and expenses, hassle free. It's so simple to upload receipts from conferences and events, which is important in a marketing role.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could add more categories for types of expense, as often I am looking for a category that I cannot find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping me expense quickly. In a marketing role, I work heavily with expenses for conferences, events, printing, etc, as well as travel expenses. In the past, it has been a pain to manually upload each receipt, tag each item. Ramp is simple and easy
Streamline the PO and Expense Report Process
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp saves me time working on expense reports. The PO process we had involved multiple steps and approvals. Ramp makes that process easier and faster so I can spend more time on things that actually make a difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still no Android app. I understand it is much more complicated making an Andriod app vs iOS. But all the data suggests that the number of Android users still FAR outweigh the number of iOS users. On Android, you can still use the website. But a clean-running app would make it so much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our PO process used to be incredibly time-consuming and tedius. Now, I make a purchase, snap a picture of the receipt or upload the pdf, write a memo, and I can go on with my actual work. If you are not making many purchases, it may not be worth it. But it is such a time-saver for me and my work!
Ramp has saved me an incredible amount of time and finds ways to delight customers.
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is so easy to use. It plugs in to my daily life and delights me in ways (texts right after a purchase to quickly and easily upload my receipt)!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the physical cards were a bit more durable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp saves me time in submitting documentation around my expenses and asking for permission for spend.
