Ramp is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Ramp has a mobile app, so that after every expense, you can easily associate your receipt and memo before you even think to put the receipt away. It's saved me tons of time without the need of expense reports and other lengthly processes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything that I would change at this point. Ramp is a system that you can make fit for your company, so I'm sure if there is something I'm not a fan of, it's just the setup that my company has decided on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's no longer hard to request an expense and get the card information to pay for the project/event. Ramp has quickly given me the ability to be a decision make for my company rather than having to go through multiple individuals to complete a payment. Also the amount of time saved in the automatic receipt capture is a game changer. No more receipt saving/losing

What do you like best about the product?
My role is not in accounting or budgets, but once a month I spent needless hours tracking down receipts, scanning and uploading. With Ramp, I don't even remember when expenses are due because they happen instantly, seamlessly, and simply! I
What do you dislike about the product?
While Ramp remembers my most often used accounting codes, it's not always right. If I'm using the quick email prompt and need a new accounting code, it's not easy to find. Instead, I need to submit it, open up the full website version, then edit and change the code. If the full search would work from the simple email interface, it would be much faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receipts are so easy to submit that expenses are no longer a hassle. Even the most technologically challenged employees have no problem with Ramp. Our supervisor never has to hassle us for expenses any more!
Ramp is the best tool when it comes to Reimbursement
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Ramp keeps physical and virtual cards separate but on the same dashboard, and it also keeps track of all expenditures so that I can stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use Ramp fully; I have a few virtual cards that allow me to pay monthly expenses, and I have never used a physical card for expenses. I can't see any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp keeps track of my monthly expenses, so I don't forget to pay and stay extremely organized. I love the fact that it's simple to use and all on one dashboard.
Ramp is a great product for a remote company
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is an amazing tool for a remote team. Their interface is easy to use and very modern. They even have fun gifs when you finish submitting your receipts. Ramp helps our company with our professional development stipend, our annual retreat, and our internal research tool where we purchase e-commerce products and write about them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I find challenging is sometimes receipts can be long and I have to take very long screen shots and upload multiple into the platform. It's especially hard from a phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for our professional development stipend, our annual retreat spending including commuting and purchasing traveling tickets, and our internal research program where we purchase products and write about them. This works really well now that we are remote, in the office we used to use a physical card.
Ramp up your efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has saved our company so much time internally. We no longer need to have meetings about spend, it is as simple as requesting a card and shooting a slack message with additional details.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not properly find the receipt that it needs to. When that happens it does cost me more time to go find it, make sure it has all the relevant details and then manually submit it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp reduced internal meetings. We no longer need long conversations about what the spend is for. We also don't need to spend extra hours on the admin side of spending, it just works.
Expenses you don't have to think about
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Ramp reminds me, and keeps me up to date. I can submit receipts right then and there, and email forwarding makes its a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of a single one! I once had an issue adding a note to an expense that was for a vending machine... but that's me trying to find SOME kind of friction point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to disperse physical cards throughout the company easier, and I can freely spend within my budget and not worry about whether it will be accounted for.

Sometimes texts are delayed, and it causes me to lose track of memos .

Control spending and being able to control employee with there own personal card

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic matching of receipts that come in via email and the ability to take a photo of a receipt on your phone and text it in makes this far easier than other tools I've used in the past!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much I dislike. Sometimes the auto-matching receipts are a little off, but it's pretty easy to sort that out in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp facilitates creating expense reports and enabling corporate purchases in a very simple, straightforward way!

It's SO EASY to email or text receipts! It has been such a time saver compared to our old system.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had any complaint, it would be that I wish there was a way to choose an account based on a recurring expense
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our old expense management system, it would take hours to submit a monthly report. This makes it so easy, there's barely any work at all!
Great Program for Fleet users
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes everything so much easier; it's user-friendly on the backend and not too hard for front-end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not real user friendly on the front end. My techs have a hard time using the platform from their phones
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of my tech's and their spending. I have been able to keep spending down being able to track everything and everyone.
