Ramp is the easiest solution to payment processes
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is well streamlined and creates less work for employees to track expenses and make payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp can be unhelpful if employees are sloppy and not willing to cooperate with the set parameters around company financial policy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the payment and expense process. Making the process easier for direct reports and managers

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app and being able to quickly snap pictures of receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the texts do not come through to upload a receipt, other than that I just use the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Verifying cost codes and keeping records of receipts and transactions

Automated expense reporting. Not having to care too much about that.

The card was flagged as suspect once and we couldn't get the seller to accept it.

It relieves me from bureaucratic expense processses.
Ramp is my one stop solution to monitor and track all my spends.
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage my expenses for different use cases and functions simultaneously. It also enables me to manage my overall spending and upgrade and downgrade card limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting receipts at a more real time. Automatically drawing receipts so that it reduces my work and brings in more automation in the system itslelf. It'll also be easier if ramp can provide multiple limits for different months in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Ramp for my expenses has been super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the receipt capture feature doesn't work as quickly as I would like.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is so convenient! We can use it without much thought or interruption to our critical work. The features like receipt scanning and text notifications help organize our expense process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any issues using Ramp; I haven't yet taken advantage of the convenience of the mobile app which I feel I should utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps me stay organized and makes using business funds seamless and fool proof. I appreciate this because it helps me focus on more critical tasks in my busy workday.

What do you like best about the product?
Security - being able to issue virtual cards for specific vendors has been amazing, no longer do you have to change over all of your payments if your card is hacked.
Ease of Use - Issuing ramp cards to the team as a gift card is so easy and you are able to get cash back when your employees use them.

What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, everything Ramp has developed and keeps innovating has been great. This product has surpassed others in the market, especially with the free Bill Pay functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management spend - being able to track and give budgets per card is key to not overspending. This also limits the amount of manual busy work to track this separately.
Impeccable product!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and flexible it is to use. The best benefit for me as a manager, is also knowing if my team is using the product enough. The ease of also having a physical card or tap it, is good and they even help with the technical stuff for cards. Their support is always super efficient and quick too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing super important but I would say the mobile app allowing the cards to be copied, makes you sign in again if the wait is too longer than normal. It's for security purposes I assume but can be a little time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way that you can use it pretty much anywhere and at any time. They have flexible options as well and love the repeated emails about adding your receipt. Sometimes I can forget about it being so busy.

Easy to use while following the company's spending policy and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any examples of a downside.

The vendors are pre-approved while implementing a automatic pre-approved minimum spending policy.
