Ramp makes expensing EASY.
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is super intuitive - saving time and energy on doing expense reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Ramp! Ramp is one of the easiest finance systems I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is making it very easy to submit expenses and be reimbursed in a remote setting.

What do you like best about the product?
Using the mobile app to submit receipts and match up to credit card transactions is super easy. I now receive expense reimbursements faster than any platform I've ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides from my perspective. Easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast expense reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Virtual spend cards and reimbursements have been much easier, I was able to head over to the Apple store the first day of onboarding and get a new company laptop with the virtual card, super easy super smooth. Reimbursements have been quick pending approval and expense tracking with the email forwarding is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one hiccup I had at the Apple store specifically was that they did not take virtual cards and at the time I had not received the physical spend card from my company. I had to jump through a few hoops by adding the card to Apple Pay before I could actually use it at the store. Just something to keep in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receipt/expense management is super quick. Reimbursements are pretty hands-off once you send them in. The Virtual spend cards are great to avoid weird SaaS charges :)

What do you like best about the product?
Texting me as soon as I expense something makes it easier for me to fill out my expenses in the moment when my phone is in my hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp doesn't have our expense policies explictly on the platform, making it difficult for me to remember.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly getting my expenses done vs having a long tail of expenses that I then have to chase receipts for.

What do you like best about the product?
Receipt matching! This has made my life far easier and i do not have to worry about tracking all of my expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing! I use ramp almost every single day and I have not found a problem with it.

This is the best way to keep all of my spending in one place- Also with the limits we know where we are in our spend at any given moment.

Nothing! It's really easy to use. Seamlessly fits into my workflow and a much improved version on past services we've used.

Lack of real-time expenses across the team; with Ramp, now we have a handle on where we are on any given day

Automated receipt matching is a huge time saver and one that has allowed use to automate a lot of our operations so that we can focus on our core business.
I'm not sure how it is with competitors, I've only used ramp.

I mostly use it for online payments so I'm not sure what their physical presence looks like, or ATM availability.
