Great way to handle reimbursements!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has made it very easy for our company to handle reimbursements and stipends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints! Ramp streamlines the ability to upload receipts and increases the speed at which reimbursements occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has automated the reimbursement process at my company, making reimbursements hassle-free. It also has made it easier for our company to manage work stipends.
Ramp works well for our team!
What do you like best about the product?
The pricing/policy controls are helpful to keep people from overspending. We can assign custom spend amounts for pre-approved items. We've never had an issue with being able to use the cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't set up the logic correctly, then the reminder e-mails can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each employee is able to accurately and timely use their cards at their discretion. There is less involvement from managers and supervisors in approving every single transaction.

The most helpful thing about Ramp is the text messages/emails notifications!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to ramp is sometimes they don't recognize certain charges, mostly tips.

Ramp makes it easy to match up my expenses and see how much I am spending.
Streamlines expensing
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp made it straightforward to handle work expenses and submit my receipts. No more collecting and processing piles of receipts while I await repayment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits on the ability to use the virtual card at certain vendors limited my ability to use ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear Expense tracking and no re-reimbursement period.
Ramp has made our lives easier.
What do you like best about the product?
We love how ramp is able to reduce the amount of time focused on the tediousness of expense accounting by streamlining it with its amazing features. Being able to connect ramp with amazon, or automatically allow payments of a certain threshold not need a receipt is very valuable for a company of our size.
What do you dislike about the product?
With ramp, our employees who do not save receipts or remember to keep track of their purchases find it frustrating when they have to reconcile their purchases with the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is reducing the labor of accounting and reconciling most of our purchases through its unique features. Also, the ease of taking a picture of a receipt and not having to manually input information is amazing.

The fact that Ramp offers live support day or night is a huge plus, as it ensures that expert assistance is always available when needed.

The "company card" solution for a growing company.
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is intuitive to a level that enables the user and the financial department to track expenses and spending without the additional time drain that many competitors have in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial cost code input was fairly clunky. Many of the codes do not directly align with the spending categories of our end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear and concise spending reports are uploaded and reviewed in real-time - enabling reimbursement payouts promptly and happier employees. Ramp has helped increase the effectiveness of our traveling team members, who must adhere to aggressive schedules.
