Very Easy

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with accounting as well as easy controls to require receipts and descriptions of purchases. I dont even have to think about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the interface is a little clunky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more manual coding and entering into accounting system.

Cuts down on finance busywork

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly for all levels of our team.
Cuts down considerably on low-end work e.g., collecting receipts and chasing down staff for receipts they may not have.
App is very clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a receipt is missing, then it can be a hassle to receive repeated automated reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps spending in line and ensures that our staff are not going over budget or being wasteful in purchases. This benefits our bottom line and ensures accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp's functionality makes submitting expenses a stress-free experience. Their online platform and app are well-made and function beautifully. It is SO easy to submit a receipt as you can either forward the confirmation email, text a photo of the receipt, or upload a copy online. As a start-up company, things can get chaotic + busy. Ramp has eliminated any chaos from our expense process, giving us more time to focus on other projects. Thank you, Ramp!

What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I have enjoyed everything about our experience using Ramp. I have utilized several other expense platforms over the years, and your product & platform are top-tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stress-free expense process for start-up company. Being a start-up company, a lot can be going on at once. I'm grateful that Ramp eliminates any stress from the expense process and gives us time to focus on other tasks.

Efficient and affordable

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to manage multiple corporate cards and employee reimbursements. There is a robust amount of workflow and approval polices and automation. The sync with QuickBooks online makes bookkeeping and accounts payable management efficient and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I intended to utlize Ramp to replace both Bill.com and Divvy to consolidate all corporate card and invoice payments into one platform but Ramp does not currently hand vendor credits which would be difficult to manage outside of your bill pay system so we replaced Divvy just fine but are still running Bill.com to process and pay our invoiced expenses. I am a little surprised a bill pay software does not have the capability to handle vendor credits. If they got that addressed I would move all our bill pay to Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is allowing me to apply expense management policies and it provides me visibility to all corporate card charges as well as efficiently processing approvals and syncing to QuickBooks for accurate expense categorization.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to have a budget and get reimbursed for business related purchases without involving many people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes, it functions smoothly and it's easily integrated.

Less people involved and easy management of my own budget provided.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp automates receipt uploads and recognition this saves me valuable time. The receipt reminders are a life-saver too - this helps me to stay on top of spending and recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Ramp - it is intuitive, automated where needs be and saves me time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp's virtual card function means I can spend flexibly including having the card on my phone for onsite spends for my team. The automated receipt detail capture saves me a tonne of time day to day too.

No paperwork, no receipts to send in, just take a picture. If you want to see history, just log in.

I Can't think of any. It's very simple, works well.
