Easy and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to use, automaticly matches receipts! Everything stays up to date this way.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at all honestly. I think it's hard to find something that is negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track spending, adding receipts to match purchases.
Finally an expense system that considers the user.
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who has never been in accounting and is not naturally inclined, I appreciate how user-focused and user-friendly it is. The language is simple, easy to understand for non-accounting folk, and even caters to apps incentives we experience normally - fun emojis and the like after submitting a receipt. Like, yeah, I'll take that confetti and digital pat on my back because anything that makes expense reports more enjoyable is very welcome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the mobile app experience is almost easier than the web platform. I have actually grabbed my phone to finish an expense report because it's just easier to do on the phone than online. It's not a dislike per se.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense reports and getting everything allocated JUST right can be so cumbersome and overwhelming, especially if you have no knowledge of the backend of accounting and how these numbers need to go in and get segmented.
Easiest product for business expenses!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is so easy to use and understand. We've been using Ramp cards for over a year, and our compliance department has never been happier with our expenses. As a user, spending, uploading receipts, or receiving reimbursements is super simple. As an administrator, it's super simple to set limits, adjust limits, and see what spending is taking place.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not experienced any downsides yet or have come across ways it could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has helped us give autonomy to our employees in a way that is not taking money out of their pockets for a period of time. We can also easily track spending and limit spending if need be.
Streamlined and efficient company spend management with Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Ramp is its ability to simplify the expense management process. With its advanced algorithms and smart features, Ramp helps users save time and improve accuracy when tracking and managing expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. There is a minor inconvenience when pumping gas at the machine with the card, it gets declined because it's immediately charged with an arbitrary, high value higher than the card's limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the problem of inefficient and time-consuming financial management for our business. By providing automated expense tracking and real-time spending insights, Ramp has allowed us to better understand our spending patterns and make informed financial decisions. This has not only saved us time and effort, but has also helped us optimize our spending and ultimately improve our bottom line.

Stellar UI / UX makes it seamless to create an account, manage transactions, set up expense policy, and organize company expenses
What do you dislike about the product?
No credit card associated to ramp adds an extra step in reimbursement process

Efficient creation and management of company expenses
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I can get reimbursed with no stress. Being able to scan a receipt on my phone and text Ramp takes the guesswork out of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my receipts are not accepted through texting, so I have to upload manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The guesswork out of expense reporting. I have no issues when I need to expense items because of how intuitive everything is.
Simplifies work place stresses
What do you like best about the product?
Filling out Ramp expense items is as simple as typing a quick description and forwarding either en email receipt or a photo from my phone. It is so much easier than my experiences with Concur in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little unclear how to handle mileage. It wasn't intuitive for me to find the form for mileage reimbursement, and then I wasn't sure what to attach as a file, so that delayed me a little longer than I would have liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to request spend and also have the means to pay (transferred automatically to my physical or virtual card) quickly. The other issue I struggled with was saving, scanning, attaching receipts. All of my receipts I can either forward the email or just drop a photo from my phone right into the expense report. Super quick and simple.
Improved efficiency and accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to submit receipts and confirm that transaction descriptions are accurately logged. It is also helpful to be able to personally access all of my past transactions if I need to reference information about past purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience using Ramp has overall been quite smooth. There have been a few occassions where I stopped receiving text messages about submitting receipts after a purchase was made, but everything has been working properly in recent months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it much quicker and easier to submit my own receipts on a regular basis rather than saving up the receipts and submitting them to our bookkeeper once per month (who would sometimes lose our receipts or code them incorrectly). It also allows me to personally check my transaction history if I need to reference information about past purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes reimbursements super easy and simplifies credit card usage reporting. The system can generate virtual cards for online use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to split mileage between departments within a trip.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with employee reimbursements can be time consuming. Ramp streamlines the whole process with direct reimbursement to employees.
