Expenses Made Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is extremely helpful for quickly uploading receipts and expenses, hassle free. It's so simple to upload receipts from conferences and events, which is important in a marketing role.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could add more categories for types of expense, as often I am looking for a category that I cannot find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping me expense quickly. In a marketing role, I work heavily with expenses for conferences, events, printing, etc, as well as travel expenses. In the past, it has been a pain to manually upload each receipt, tag each item. Ramp is simple and easy
Streamline the PO and Expense Report Process
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp saves me time working on expense reports. The PO process we had involved multiple steps and approvals. Ramp makes that process easier and faster so I can spend more time on things that actually make a difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still no Android app. I understand it is much more complicated making an Andriod app vs iOS. But all the data suggests that the number of Android users still FAR outweigh the number of iOS users. On Android, you can still use the website. But a clean-running app would make it so much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our PO process used to be incredibly time-consuming and tedius. Now, I make a purchase, snap a picture of the receipt or upload the pdf, write a memo, and I can go on with my actual work. If you are not making many purchases, it may not be worth it. But it is such a time-saver for me and my work!
Ramp has saved me an incredible amount of time and finds ways to delight customers.
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is so easy to use. It plugs in to my daily life and delights me in ways (texts right after a purchase to quickly and easily upload my receipt)!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the physical cards were a bit more durable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp saves me time in submitting documentation around my expenses and asking for permission for spend.
Ramp has increased secruity and efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I love the preset spending limits and the automated receipt match.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some places do not provide a receipt or invoice until later, Ramp reminds the cardholder of the need for the receipt, this is not an actual con its necessary to stay compliant. Its not ramp, its me!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Ramp makes it easy to upload and view receipts. It also helps us stick to a budget.

For the most part, Ramp meets our needs to a small company.

Its an all in one location to upload receipts, be reimbursed, and stick within a budget.
Petty Cash Eliminated
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has almost eliminated our company's petty cash. The ease of use and the seamless ability to upload receipts via text or email is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of an Android app for Ramp is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I can immediately upload receipts instead of keeping them around, possibly losing them, before accounting for them is perfect.
Ramp makes expense compliance a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes accessing company perks (monthly wellness benefits) and submitted reimbursements so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not an admin, but I think there are features I'm not taking advantage of. Perhaps I missed a tutorial upon sign-up?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp eliminates the need for spreadsheets and signatures across multiple softwares as I've had to do in the past.
Ramp is user-friendly and cuts busy work in half.
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic integration to Amazon and the ability to match receipts from email are incredible. It saves me so much time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides, truly! I have loved every feature of Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has helped us allow each of our stores' to have their own credit card for emergency spending and has given us the tools to track how, when, and why we are using emergency funds.
Reminds employees to submit receipts!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it easy for my employees to submit their receipts via text with pictures, matches the receipt to their transaction, and then they don't have to worry about keeping and turning in the paper copy of receipts. It is also wonderful because I can see pictures of the uploaded receipts online if I have a question about a spend. Also, it helps me manage credit limits; I can increase a credit limit quickly for an employee if they have an out-of-town trip or a project requiring a higher credit limit, then decrease the credit limit after the project or trip is over. It also has online sorting tools; I can see all transactions made to a particular company by all cards rather than just one card.
What do you dislike about the product?
My credit limit on Ramp is lower than our other company cards, so we can not use it as a card on file for certain vendors that can have several large transactions in a month. Also, it is a process to get a physical card set up for an employee, they need to create their own login, and then it communicates directly with them via text and email about sending out the card rather than letting me manage that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had problems getting receipts turned in timely, this automates that process and allows users not to have to save paper receipts to turn in.

Fantastic ! Using ramp has saved us hours of unproductive work, allowing us to focus on the core of our business and dedicate more budget towards core function hiring

The functionalities on the mobile app are restricted
