Easy Setup and Customizable Workflow, but Credit Memo Limitation

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp credit card is easy to set up, easy to export into our system. Payments has been great to set up and the ability to customize the approval workflow is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can not enter credit memo's into the system without having to use the purchase order module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to customize spending and not having to run credit cards. Approval workflow is great.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity in using the platform to track expenses

Nothing to dislike about the platfom so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes it easy to track and upload receipts for the coding process. In addition, the availability of the list of codes used in our organization makes for easy documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes categorizing expenses and bill payments quick and the whole process could not be easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locating statements and downloading backup is not always easy to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes managing vendors and payments quick an easy, stores all the backup, and helps maintain fiscal compliance.

Smooth Setup, Time-Saving, and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Ramp has significantly streamlined our processes, saving us time and money on accounts payable. The setup was smooth, including integration with Sage Intacct, which was supported by Ramp effectively. The AI features are excellent for speeding up invoice processing. The ability to scan invoices and process payments via check or ACH is extremely useful, as is handling credit card transactions and reimbursements for employee travel. The ease of use and setup stands out, along with the time saved, making it a compelling choice for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would make certain features in the purchase order system easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Ramp saves us time and money in accounts payable processing, thanks to its smooth integration and AI features speeding up invoice loading.

Took me from office to simpler remote

What do you like best about the product?
We're a small landscaping business; we used to rely on signing out paper checks for field purchases, and printed/mailed checks for A/P. Ramp lets us use spending cards instead of paper checks, eliminating paperwork for me as the bookkeeper, and it took my A/P completely into the cloud, and me completely into a remote office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything. I've had nothing but positive interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have paper checks to deal with--saves time and frees up a physical office in our building, since I no longer need to interact with paper daily.

Easy to Use and Secure Expense Management

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Ramp is how straightforward it is to monitor purchases and handle expenses. The process of adding new credit cards for team members is also very easy, which helps save a significant amount of time. Additionally, the anti-theft protection is a major advantage. A few years ago, my credit card was stolen, but Ramp quickly identified the problem, ensuring I didn’t lose any money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no significant complaints about Ramp. It has consistently worked smoothly for both me and my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has significantly simplified the way I handle travel expenses for my team. The platform streamlines the entire process, offers clear visibility into our spending, and gives me confidence thanks to its robust security features.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to set up Ramp and find the app very straightforward. Training from Ramp's account executives greatly boosted my confidence in using all its features. I appreciate how Ramp has eliminated hours of expense reporting by linking expenses directly to trips. Its ability to automatically match receipts to expenses is incredible. I also find the text message feature, which allows me to qualify expenses directly from my phone, extremely useful. The process is faster and more efficient as it handles expenses individually rather than requiring full reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the categories can be a little confusing and tricky. Sometimes I struggle understanding what to fill in when it is me and other coworkers attending a dinner on a customer trip where the customer is not present. I struggle a little bit to understand what category to fill in. So I think having more specific categories, with delineations for when it's an internal only or with customer facing and when you are alone by yourself and or have colleagues present with you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product eliminates hours from my expense reporting process by tying expenses to trips, making it faster and easier to manage business expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Receipt uploads via SMS texts and user email accounts have been game-changing. Staff struggle with keeping track of their receipts, and that eliminates a big pain point. It's also highly configurable, allowing the Finance team to create custom coding rules, further simplifying the expense management workflow. While we initially only wanted Ramp for its credit card features, we now utilize all of their modules: Treasury, Procurement, Bill Pay, Reimbursements, and even some Travel bookings. Setting up categories and coding rules can take some time, depending on the complexity of your chart of accounts; however, it is well worth the effort. I end up on the Ramp site almost as much as I do on our accounting platform due to its usefulness and our reliance on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Treasury syncing to Sage Intacct hasn't always been smooth, specifically the Investment account dividend entries. I end up booking those manually at the moment, but we're working with Ramp to fix the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't stress enough how much time and stress the credit card expense reporting features have saved the Finance team at month-close. What used to take several days for staff to submit is now ready for syncing within a day or two after the end of each month. Additionally, interest-bearing bank and investment accounts have enabled us to earn meaningful yields on money that was previously generating little to nothing in our historical bank accounts. As I understand it, the procurement feature is scheduled to start syncing with Sage Intacct, further streamlining our existing workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Ramp is that they now offer a three-way match feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs a bit more than some alternatives, but you can always discuss pricing with the sales team to find a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to pay expenses through Ramp instead of having to send out paper checks has been fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI functionality makes submitting expenses so easy. Requesting more funds is super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lowkey no downsides to Ramp. This is an amazing platform.

It is reducing financial admin time to a zero with the ability to take pictures and have AI automate the categories.
