Don't use Ramp!
What do you like best about the product?
I hardly have to use Ramp, and that's the point: It does its job, and gets out of the way.
I like what I *don't* have to do with Ramp: I don't have to waste time filling out expense reports. I don't have to waste time matching receipts. It makes all of the work of expense management so seamless that I don't have to work on Ramp: Ramp works for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say - for me, it works really well. It's unobtrusive, it's fast, and I can get on with my work. Maybe if Ramp gave me more busy work I wouldn't have to work so hard on the rest of my job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing and reporting recurring expenditures & submitting expense reports. It has made it so easy to send in receipts. I love just how fast it is.
Easiest Company Expense Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It makes everything so easy and seamless. As soon as you make a purchase via your company card, you receive a notification to submit the receipt and will continue to get reminders. It's also very easy to do reimbursements and you can monitor where your reimbursement is at in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't any downsides. It's extremely user-friendly. I've been surprised by the smartness of the platform. I had one time that I accidentally used the company card for a personal expense and it was easy for me to go into the system and pay back for that accidental purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it incredibly easy for our company to manage company cards across multiple user and also the process for submitting reimbursements for external expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
After dealing with extremely tedious expense reports and spreadsheets, I'm so grateful for a solution like Ramp. Expense reports are breeze and easier to submit on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular that I can think of. In comparison to our previous outdated methods, Ramp is a winner, so it's difficult to find fault with it at this time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps our team track and submit expenses quickly and easily. People are much more likely to submit their expenses on time because of how easy the technology makes it.

Excellent Credit Card
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent spend visibility. Importing credit card transactions to our accounting system is seamless. Spinning up new virtual cards is immediate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is that the billpay platform will now allow you to export unpaid bills (Accounts Payable) to Quickbooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifies entering credit card transactions. Enables spend controls by category or amount. Provides perfect visibility into business spend.

I like the ease of putting in receipts and submitting them for review.

It would be nice if I didn't have to login each time. I would prefer to stay logged in.

Managing our corporate credit card. Based on the success to date and feedback from users, we will begin exploring the expense reimbursement and bill pay options.

The process of submitting reimbursement is straightforward and streamlined. The feature of taking pictures of receipt and submitting it through the Ramp app is efficient for people with many travel expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Submitting photos of receipts through text message follows an error message that the photo image (receipt) has to match a reimbursement. This step is a bit confusing - I hope the text message can show guided steps of sending pictures and filling out reimbursement details.

submitting business travel expenses and it's easy to complete such processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes the hassle of submitting expenses soooooo easy! NO more hunting down missing paper receipts. Just submit by email or take a picture and text it. Done!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a single thing to dislike about Ramp. My expense reconciliation is a breeze now instead of a task to be dreaded.

Lost receipts that result in a loss of reimbursement are no more now.
