What do you like best about the product?
I can get reimbursed with no stress. Being able to scan a receipt on my phone and text Ramp takes the guesswork out of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my receipts are not accepted through texting, so I have to upload manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The guesswork out of expense reporting. I have no issues when I need to expense items because of how intuitive everything is.

What do you like best about the product?
Filling out Ramp expense items is as simple as typing a quick description and forwarding either en email receipt or a photo from my phone. It is so much easier than my experiences with Concur in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little unclear how to handle mileage. It wasn't intuitive for me to find the form for mileage reimbursement, and then I wasn't sure what to attach as a file, so that delayed me a little longer than I would have liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to request spend and also have the means to pay (transferred automatically to my physical or virtual card) quickly. The other issue I struggled with was saving, scanning, attaching receipts. All of my receipts I can either forward the email or just drop a photo from my phone right into the expense report. Super quick and simple.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to submit receipts and confirm that transaction descriptions are accurately logged. It is also helpful to be able to personally access all of my past transactions if I need to reference information about past purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience using Ramp has overall been quite smooth. There have been a few occassions where I stopped receiving text messages about submitting receipts after a purchase was made, but everything has been working properly in recent months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it much quicker and easier to submit my own receipts on a regular basis rather than saving up the receipts and submitting them to our bookkeeper once per month (who would sometimes lose our receipts or code them incorrectly). It also allows me to personally check my transaction history if I need to reference information about past purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes reimbursements super easy and simplifies credit card usage reporting. The system can generate virtual cards for online use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to split mileage between departments within a trip.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with employee reimbursements can be time consuming. Ramp streamlines the whole process with direct reimbursement to employees.

What do you like best about the product?
As a fully remote company that periodically gets new team members, Ramp has consolidated a lot of time-consuming work into one collaborative, user-friendly platform. It has made tracking and regulating our expenses way easier and less prone to small errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automatic receipt detection function only works a fraction of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking spending on various platforms across several teams in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has been a great way to simplify the business expense and expense reporting process for my team and I. Everything is very straight forward and user friendly. I can easily use my physical card on the road, or switch to my virtual card for online purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I have had any significant negative experience using Ramp. Although if I could suggest an improvement it would be to have a way to remove a refunded erroneous charge from my to-do list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes it easier for my team to pay business-related expenses and simplifies my approval of such expenses. I can set limits for my team on how much they can spend and monitor everything to ensure compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, instant reminders to upload receipts and memos
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. It has simplified my expense reporting significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it solves the problem of keeping track of all my expense receipts and submitting them before each pay period. It now takes seconds for each transaction instead of up to an h our the old way

What do you like best about the product?
The text I receive immediately after using my card in a store allows me to take a picture of the receipt and send it in the reply.
What do you dislike about the product?
If my Director of Finance doesn't load money onto my card, then I have to constantly message him to add money before anything I use the card for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does all my expense reports for me.
