Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, it auto matches receipts I fwd in or text in. It reminds me about receipts I need to fwd for matching. I spend almost no time working on expense reports now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to include an image of a 'recepit' for mileage reimbursement. My route is always the same, but I have to upload the same map picture each time I want to submit for mileage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is my business card to charge business expense on, and then it's hooked to my business and personal emails for when receipts from expenses get emailed to me. I fwd them, and it just matches it.
The most easy to use and streamlined service for keeping track of business expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I love the notifications as soon as your card is swiped so you don't forget to grab a reciept. It's easy to enter a receipt picture and memo via text or email. I spend less time worrying about expenses and more time on other business priorities!

Honestly it's been perfect for my uses. No compliants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the service we use to distribute business credit cards and track expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it easy to use my company card and to quickly and accurately record and organize the expenses. Easy to keep track of any spending limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downsides to using Ramp.

Ramp makes it very easy for me and my fellow employees to use company cards and organize the expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is straightforward to work with and simple to use. I've found it beneficial and reliable for my company's financial necessities. What I like most about Ramp is how it reminds me to upload my receipts via text and email. I also like how I can upload receipts by taking a picture or being able to email Ramp to upload a receipt that has been sent to my email. Ramp is so efficient and I would recommend any company to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Ramp. The only thing that is sometimes an inconvenience on Ramp is that sometimes it takes a while for a transaction to upload to my Ramp's card activity section. It doesn't bother me too much since it will email or text me to upload the receipt when it comes through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps me solve how much I have left to spend on my company cards. It lets me know when I'm close to exceeding the spending limits on my cards. I've found it beneficial always to know how much I have on my cards, and it has helped me save more money on my cards.

Ramp has made tracking expenses 10x less annoying + tedious
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, it saves me so much time on expense reporting, and I haven't had to worry about tracking receipts in ages because Ramp just does it for me (or reminds me to get a copy when I use my physical card).
What do you dislike about the product?
The individual expense UI feels a bit clunky sometimes, especially when I open Ramp from my email. Other than that, it's awesome :) I really don't have that many complains at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tediousness of expense reporting. I feel like expense reporting is something that you need to be really diligent and accurate about, but the behaviors associated with that aren't always second nature. Ramp makes it so that you don't even have to think about it.

Sometimes it makes mistake in writing the memo for recurring charges.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily upload receipts via either the app or via text message. The text reminders are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, for my usage there's nothing to dislike.

Keeping track of expenses by sending reminders of what is needed for each expense.

The alternative to petty cash
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Ramp has nearly eliminated the need for petty cash in our business. It's quick to set up and simple to use. The moment a charge hits the account, a text message is generated asking for a receipt. A quick snapshot of the receipt as a reply to the text message and that's it. Later, if needed, I am able to go into my Ramp online account and add GL codes to transactions or other memos to explain the purchase to my corporate office. As someone who hates paper, Ramp is the best way to spend without expense reports and long, tedious petty cash reimbursements.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's one bit of critique -and it's not an issue with Ramp as much as the vendor- it's when a vendor authorizes over the cost of the sale. Sometimes, because the amount of the receipt does not match the authorization amount, there seems to be a little bit of confusion in matching the receipt to the transaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Petty cash reimbursement. With Ramp, at least locally, it's a very simple process.
