Automated Simplicity.
What do you like best about the product?
The automation features save me time on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about ramp. We have been using it for around 1 year so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most useful thing about ramp, aside from the automation features, is the simplicity of logging my expenses through text when automation is not possible. When traveling I can get back to work and my expense report is already finished since I was able to just text expense memos right to ramp throughout the trip.
The easiest way to take control of your spending
What do you like best about the product?
I'm really impressed with how easy it is to set up and control the actual spend, vendor by vendor, using the virtual/vendor cards - it's a great feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest that Ramp.com display the last 4 digits at all times to improve navigation and make it easier for users to keep track of where they are within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the process of setting up and managing the virtual/vendor cards to be extremely user-friendly, and the level of control it offers over actual spend, vendor by vendor, is excellent.
Incredible way to save time on Expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it very easy to manage expenses, by automatically matching email receipts, reminders, text and email uploads, and a clear UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Ramp does not correctly identify the service provider's website/customer name, but it learns, so it is improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps me better remember what I need to expense; using Ramp cards that can be set up to auto-approve expenses makes reporting super easy!
Save time and with that money
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to access and drives you easily through the process to submit the receipt and get it applied to the proper category.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to make you submit the receipt immediately and won't stop "hounding" you until you finish the task. But in the end that is what makes it work. It is persistent and some of us need that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had poor compliacne with assigment of expenses and returning or receipts
Make "doing expenses" fun again
What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple and easy to use. The automation of auto-matching receipts, reminders, mobile app & receipt forwarding has saved me so much time. It used to be SUCH A CHORE to upload, match and enter in receipts manually and with Ramp it makes it easy to get monthly expenses in one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! So far both the mobile app and web app have been very intuitive. The only issue I encountered is sending in a receipt where the expense doesn't exist yet, but now with the forwarding capability and smart matching - it creates it for me! Magic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings so I no longer have to manually carry around bulk receipts, take pictures, and send and upload them. It's all a seamless experience and in real-time. No more setting aside time to "do my expenses."
Ramp almost does my expense reports for me, and some reimbursements within 1 business day.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and direct. I can quickly add receipts, images, etc. and notes into the system for quick turnaround time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if reimbursements could be batched into a single ACH payment instead of one for each item submitted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduced a more extended expense tracking and reimbursement process that could take weeks into an easy-to-use system that takes hours or days.
A great and easy-to-use tool

Being able to use a Ramp card anywhere without having get reimbursed for company-related expenses

Offering a simple, accessible and easy-to-use resource to be able to use for company-related expenses

Nothing! It is a great tool. I have never had any issues using Ramp.

Makes Expenses Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be able to text in receipts and it matches which makes my life easy

The perception of the Ramp card is terrible as some places are skeptical on taking it.

Reminding me to submit my receipts.
Doing your expenses doesn't have to suck.
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is hands-down, the easiest expense tool I've ever used. I love that the platform allows you to integrate it with your email for automated receipt matching, and allows you to text pics of your receipts (so you don't have to try and keep a mangled mess in your wallet) which really comes in handy if you travel a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a regular "employee" user of ramp, I don't have any downsides. Very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me save time with submitting expenses. It's so easy, that I'll usually do it as soon as I charge my card, which I imagine makes my finance department very happy.
