Takes away all the stress for a company
What do you like best about the product?
The automation for email and rules-based logic for tagging spend, plus integration into Quickbooks is a seamless pipeline that I rarely have to go revisit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps they could offer higher rewards for particular high-value categories (travel, lodging, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spend management and accounting are handled seamlessly. Every employee gets a card with the same set of rules from Day 1.
Easiest Expense Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Users are submitting expenses almost 100% on time and accurately because Ramp is so convenient and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Users cannot have two physical cards and we have multiple different programs so that presented a unique challenge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending limits, easy and convenient expense reporting, able to save time at the end of the month because spending is already broken into different programs
Amazing! Ramp alllows us to have our employees to upload and add their own memo.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to upload and add memos, reconciliation is very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to find a contact number that is readable on the back of card
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster reconcilation, the ability for users to add receipts and memos, this has allowed us to see real time reports instead of having to wait until end of month

This is extremely easy to use, instant receipt uploads, makes buisness travel and expense reporting easy!

Not much. I'd recommend this to any buisness who needs it

Speeding up the process! It's smooth and easy

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly intuitive from an end-user perspective and an administrator. Unlimited 1.5% cashback, expense reimbursement, and bill payments all without fee. Syncs via API directly into NetSuite for us. Saves tons of administrative time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point. The platform is phenomenal and the support has been wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has made our reconciliation of credit card spending take minutes instead of days. We can close the month faster as well as have a better handle on our spend.

The ability to identify the spending by category through a different dedicated credit card

Very simple interface that allows you to quickly input travel expenses for reimbursement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get notifications to add receipts immediately after completing a transaction. Would be nice to get them on a bit of a delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes life easier by tracking business expenses and adding them to the system automatically. Then all I have to do is scan the receipt to keep my expense report up to date.

It's very easy to use the app and send in receipts

I don't believe I dislike anything within ramp

Easy to submit receipts without having to keep them until the end of each month

How it texts me back after purchase and takes all that usual time of building expenses out of the matter entirely.

The card itself could be better, white cards get dirty easy.

Being able to immediately upload receipts so its tracked and you don't have to worry about keeping track

Often times when uploading memos about expenses it goes to the incorrect category

Allowing me to upload receipts in real time and not worry about keeping track and uploading them later.
