Good system that takes some getting used to
What do you like best about the product?
No coding is needed for the vast majority of tasks. Very minimal code knowledge (such as using a tag for bold) for certain text areas is useful, but again not strictly necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hidden content and navigation. Unless you instinctively know where to click or what to look for through experience, some content modules are hidden until clicked/opened then clicked again then clicked to open. For saving screen space on a smaller screen, perhaps this is useful. But in an age of 32" to 42" HD monitors, this is more of a hinderance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once the user gains sufficient experience the system is actually fairly intuitive and making updates can be both fast and easy to execute. Being able to set up multiple content areas and schedule changes in advance is a critical feature for our use.
