Efficient and Easy CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Contentstack has made my merchandising job so much easier and efficient! The asset management and organization in itself is easy to manage and time-saving. It's easy to work with our developers to create entries that can be easily duplicated. I also love having the drag and drop feature to move around blocks and other content. So easy compared to our old, clunky tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Versioning can be hard and confusing when multiple people are working in the tool as well as when we are creating versions for multiple projects. There has been times where we've pushed through pages that are meant to be for a future project by accident but it is easy to go back and quickly push through the correct version.
Contentstack is great for controlling what aspects of the site can be updated because most of the things are controlled from what developers allow us to update as merchandisers. I would love to have a bit more control as a merchandiser for some one-off updates. A lot of changes we want have to go through the development process which makes the process longer.
Also, I wish there was a better way to organize entries instead of having to search based on tags.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentstack allows us to have our site assets and entries all in one place which was exactly what we were looking for! It's easy to create releases for all of our larger holidays and projects.
Contentstack allows us to manage multiple versions of content easily.
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking at a headless CMS that we would be able to integrate with our own internal system. Previously content had been managed within this internal system, but as we were expanding into other countries, we needed something more sophisticated that would be able to manage multiple versions of the same piece of content. We chose Contentstack, and are very happy with how it's performing. We use WeLocalize for translation services, allowing multiple teams (design, content and campaign managers) to use the system, and it's extremely helpful for making sure the correct version of the content is being used.
Their account management is great as well, very responsive and keeping us informed of any changes in the system.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the integration was a bit time consuming to complete, this was mostly due to the complexities of our own legacy platform.
We have had some feature requests put through that have taken some time to be actioned.

Having a system that is able to be used by multiple teams simultaneously allows us to ensure content is created and used in a timely manner. It also allows us to seamlessly use translated content. Even for content that is all in English, this allows us to customise it for each English speaking region (UK, US, Canada, Australia, NZ) so it's the best fit for our customers.
Easy and tidy program to use once you get the hang of it!
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get the hang of it, it's a super intuitive and easy platform to use. There is also a wide range of support and training available to continue growing your capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as straight forward as some of the other CMS software I have used previously. I also often get the different content types you can use within stacks confused so still plenty to learn here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User friendly software that is used across our various different business units means that this platform is fit for purpose by everyone at Trade Me that uses it. I love that fact that anyone anywhere can be in the software at the same time as you and it doesn't effect what you are doing. Additionally, the ability to schedule pages to be published is a game changing feature so many CMS platforms still don't offer.
Time-saving Automation with Headless CMS
What do you like best about the product?
The platform's automation tools save time and effort, and the headless CMS gives developers and marketers the ability to offer content experiences with speed and reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using Contentstack for the first time, it might be challenging to foresee potential architectural problems. To avoid such issues, it's essential to examine scalability at the outset thoroughly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly distribute dynamic content across several platforms with Contentstack without the assistance of developers or QA engineers handling dynamic material well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Run articles, recency updates, news, latest insights, and product updates and release these content to our users from a single CMS. Easy and efficient.
It's been a good start
What do you like best about the product?
I find this platform very useful for configuring and maintaining the content of a web application. I've been using it briefly, but I think it's understandable from the beginning.
It also allows the content to be separated according to type, which gives an order; this is good when the website has a lot of content.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no suggestions for now, I have worked well with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently working with a client, whose business is an e-commerce web application, my job is to test the application, from the functional and logical (software development) part to the content that is shown to the users, the content is constantly changing due to special dates, promotions, new articles to read, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentstack helped us run both the mobile app and the website from one CMS, accommodating different content types (articles, small insights, Stories) and environments to work in. Thanks to their solution, we are able to do quick content releases on all our platforms without involving developers or QA engineers.
Fantastic Customizable CMS
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Contentstack is a customizable platform backed by a team of knowledgeable engineers who can help you through any solutions you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to see future architectural problems (API limitations, for example) when you first step into Contentstack. If you don't get the starting architecture right, it could spell scalability problems, so be sure to put a lot of thought into how you scale the platform and confirm that the action plan would work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our CMS, Contentstack helps to serve data to our front end via REST or GraphQL calls. Such a flexible platform allows us to implement creative and unique programmatic solutions.
An illustration of greatness – Contentstack
What do you like best about the product?
Contentstack is a low-financial plan solution for all issues related to content administration on destinations. It has smooth incorporation with Gatsby. Particular blocks are nothing to joke about as they, as of now, save us a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few characteristics of the substance looking in Contentstack could be gotten to the next level. The UI is helpful, yet it very well may be upgraded. It would be wiser to consider the non-specialized clients more when contrasted with specialized clients while updating the device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentstack can be utilized to drive online business sites, as in our situation. Through Contentstack we were effectively ready to decrease the number of API approaches to the site. Elite execution of sites was guaranteed, and efficiency expanded.
